so we have survived 26 years of marriage (don't ask how..lol) and really just want to run away and hide. prefer some where warm and with water. we like the idea of hot-springs, we like the outdoors, a little adventure is always fun, we are not afraid of horses or trains and alcohol is not optional lol. we usually do vegas or wendover but want to go some place new experience different things. we live in central utah and if we can escape utah even better so we are open to nevada, colorado, arizona but must be within 300-400 or so miles from central utah as we will be driving. SOOOO is anybody know of any fun little places or resorts where we can hide for a few days and it wont cost 2 arms, 4 legs and our first born we would love to hear your ideas. we are open to just about anything. Oh and no lifestyle stuff this times its just about us.
Glenwood Springs Colorado.. tons of interesting stuff to see and do. Be sure to take the tram ride to the top of the mountain, cool little bar at the top. Many nice places to get a drink around town. Stay close to the "Hotel Colorado" and lots of sights in walking distance. Beautiful drive is a bouns.
Urda. There's a reason they call it the Palm Springs of East Northeast Tooele County. If Urda's a little too swanky and out of your price range try Stockton. They have similar amenities but only have a Weston in contrast to Urda's Waldorf-Astoria and Ritz-Carlton. If that's still too far I think there's a dude in Leamington who has a hot tub.
ps- Don't totally discount selling your firstborn. We got a TON of money for ours on Ebay AND they gave us really good seller reviews.
