I have someone I have been playing with for about 2.5 years now. They are not in the LS. Last weekend, my best friend and I ended up meeting him for drinks. We ended up at his house playing. To make a long story short, they ended up playing 4 times alone. I was in the same bed and being totally ignored. This made me sort of upset. I ended up leaving the room and sleeping in another room. Tonight, they went out again. She texted me to tell me how much fun he was in bed. Am I wrong to feel upset about the way I have been treated?
I think you have every right to be upset. What jerks they both are. I would say find some new and better friends.
It's rude and uncomfortable. I can't imagine ignoring someone else in the same bed.
On the other hand, you're playing with him, he's playing with her, everyone is playing. You're not in a relationship, it's just sex.

I think you have every right to be upset. No one likes to be rejected and even if they didn't mean it, you still feel that way. Feelings may not be facts but you still have to deal with them.
Of course, it sounds like they have some undeniable chemistry, but that doesn't give them the right to be rude.
Have you talked to your friend about it?

Ah, yes - the wonders of the vanilla world never cease to amaze.
YOU are the one who brought her into the relationship.
YOU set no ground rules going in.
You're using the term "playing" for what took place between the three of you.
I take exception to that terminology.
"Playing" is something that takes place in the "Lifestyle".
What the three of you were doing is just plain "fucking".
And sad to say, it sounds like YOU are the one who got fucked in the deal.
