Lately, we've been experiencing network connectivity issues. We are trying to monitor the problems as much as possible but sometimes, it can slip right passed us.
If you get a screen stating that we are experiencing network issues and it looks like a general message, we ask that you report it to us just in case we don't catch it. You can report it by calling 855-SWINGULAR or by emailing [email protected].
We are doing are best to get these issues resolved and have been working hand in hand with our network provider. If these problems continue to happen and we cannot get them resolved, we will have no choice but to move to a new network provider.

More network issues... at 6:51 PM 2/1/2013. Refreshed and it worked long enough to post this.
Its been happening all day on my phone and on and off on the computer tonight. Its getting bad.
Plus we dont have IM on here and havent for several weeks
I've had the network issues/site maintenance screen pop up while trying to log in numerous times. In some cases it lasts for hours and others I just try to log in again and it works.

It is intermitant and acting like an interface in their optical ring. Gateway 503 errors with https://
Almost like using Amazon web services (AWS).

Keep in mind my "swingin" friends,...NONE of us paid very much "IF AT ALL" to enjoy everything that this "site" has to offer. I think ours was $20 each for a connection to a bunch of crazy people "JUST LIKE US", that have the same lifestyle feelings and fantasies that we all seem to have. I kinda think they are doing the best that they can possibly do in as much time as their "normal" lives allow to this to be a huge part of our lives!!! So ya wanna point fingers, or do ya wanna start meeting the people were hoping to find via this site?

Swingular has NEVER been what I would describe as a fast moving/quick reacting site.
I spend a fair amount of time humming the Jeopardy theme while I wait for the site to react to my click.
Would I/we pay an additional amount to have improved service and accessibility?
Possibly - but we would have to know the ratio of improvement to cost.

I'm with Pebblerock. I appreciate this site and what the hosts and administrators and moderators do. I can put up with some intermittent problems for what this site costs and the enjoyment it provides. Not sure about any advertisers though. Would I pay for better service? Probably as long as it wasn't as much as one of the "commercial" sites and it had the quality to go with the cost, but you'd probably lose a lot of people.

It has been very aggravating, we emailed friends to attend an event and I think more never bothered to log on due to all the connection errors as of late.

Happened 2-4-13 at around 2:30 PM yesterday, got the screen doing network updates. Thanks for working hard to fix this for us.
I went down again this morning (same network update screen), got back on this afternoon.
No chat all day here
