The last two e-mail we have sent are cutting off after the first 2-4 lines and the rest of the message just disappears. Don't know if it the system or something we are doing
that same things just happened to us too.
Good thing we all got that lifetime membership deal... or I'd be frustrated enough to go elsewhere!

We send emails out, but they are never opened. Is there a problem with the site or are people just ignoring us?

Yes we have. Most are to couples we correspond with.

Are the unread messages those you sent from the website or through the SwingRing app?
Through the website. I even sent admin an email a few weeks back and that one is still unread.

Tedious as it sounds, send them again from the app; if you have trouble and need an admin on that they're VERY attentive.
