WE got one and they do not work very well. Did not matter where we used it.
After many years trying many different things, we have found what works best for both of us is Oil Of Olay - Face Wash in the shower with cheap throw away razors. I was VERY sceptical hearing this myself and it took me ages to try it, but that is all I do anymore. Complete Brazilian in just a few minutes without any burn or cuts. SHE use to do the same, but we took her into the shop and gave her some laser treatments and now there's no need.. 
You can soothe(sometimes prevent) razor burn with baby oil gel... they make some with shea and cocoa butter that smells very sensual. I mix a little with hair conditioner as I'm shaving and then apply more after patting the area dry. Some people have a lot more goosebumps or tendency to get ingrown hairs, so the best idea is to shave slowly... never impatiently.

The No No is not strong enough to give at-home results. The hair has to be dark at the root for the best results. Im an esthetician and did laser for years. Waxing to me is the best for smoother softer skin. In-grown gairs and razor bumps can be treated or prevented with a good in-grown hair serum. Check with your local waxing salon for their recommendations.
So where are the best waxing places in the valley. When a few times, like the results, but not the price. Any suggestions??

Whatever you do do NOT go to Wax in the City in Salt Lake, they did such a bad job on me I may have scars. They offered to do my next Brazillian free because I complained... needless to say I declined!

I've been waxing the Mrs. for over 10 years. We use the Clean & Easy professional kit. 2-3 waxings paid for the kit. I wax under her arms and between her legs. She is dark haired and her hair grows rather quickly. We wax between every 3 - 4 weeks. the longer you wax the slower it grows back. When it does grow back it comes back a lot finer and sparser.
For her legs she just bought a Norelco electric razor (rechargable - each charge lasts for 60 minutes of shaving). It's made to use dry or in or under water. She lathers up with a good shaving gel (or foam, we have a heater that heats it) and shaves her legs in the tub or shower. It gives just as good a shave as a blade.
The Norelco razor she uses is model 1250X. I use a Norelco 1290X. Philips seems to always be running coupons for $50 bucks off.
