Putting the feelers out there to see if anyone has experience and or knows how to track down/ work on the electrical of a hot tub,!!! Hoping to have it going by New years. If anyone out can, I would rather pass the buck$ onto a fellow lifestyle member. Let us know

Possible short
In Florida, but can probably give you advice via e-mail skype or phone. Is it the old air switch type control system or a newer digital system?
I'd prolly say that if you can have B stand by the hot tub like in your profile picture, that water will get plenty hot! 
I'm a licensed electrician... I would be glad to come look at it for you sometime...
And we are NON-licensed gynocologists, and would gladly cum and see what we could do about that amazing "short" I might have...I mean you might have! LOL
Is your spa electrical unit made by balboa or gecko. Balboa packs are easier to work on and the gecko packs are usually sealed. What is the spa not doing?
Be careful! high voltage.
Avoid the 220 volt stuff it can kill you fast.
IF there is water in the tub you might want to put a 150w drop light or other heat source in the equipment bay to keep it warm and from freezing until it is fixed. Freezing solid will most likely cause so many leaks and failures your spa will be junk.

Hot tubs are a rather easy electro mech system to figure out for most folks with some electrical and repair knowledge.
The biggest problem is finding parts. ANd the board an be pricey up to 500-600$ and all parts are not easy to locate and buy. The hot tub suppliers are trying to go strictly wholesale only!. yes it is a scam and should be considered unlawful. I buy online to get around the wholesale problem and for best price.

We turn the breaker on and in a few seconds it kicks it back off, ave trouble shot the GFI and it is all good, wrong time yr not to have a 11 lady 1 man tub not working lmao
when I first got my hot tub we had problems with it,
first time it pop the breaker I started unplug everything from the control box turn back on the breaker and started plug the pumps back to control board 1 at a time and found that my air pump was bad so I left it unplug.
the next time it blow the GFI it stop heating after cking everything out, and replacing 4 heater I found out that the guy that I got the hot tub from did not put the heater HI limit switch senses back on top of heater tub after $300. in heater I got the hot tub to work properly.
long story short you may want to unplug everything from control board (make sure to mark everything so you can re hook back up properly) and plug 1 thing at a time back to control board. I called a repair guy on the phone, he could not come to my house but he could tell I understood electrical so he told me how to check every thing out.

We had the same issue with ours last year, if I remember right, it was the board! Went out to get in and the water was ice cold, thank goodness we checked before just jumping in!!! In the meantime, if you need/want somewhere to hot tub, we have plenty of room!!! ;-)
had the same problem last week, the gfi breaker was bad, put a new one in and it works great.
We need some hot tub help too. Got it freee...it been in the garage. Got place for it. But know nothing about hot tubs.
Fun50ish & riderz both got it right. To isolate the source of a short, disconnect individual load elements & find out which one(s) blow the breaker.
I parted out a tub and have all the electrical from control panel to motors etc...
I have owned a hot tub company here in salt lake city for 5 years and sold to many members on here. I would love to come see what the problem is. I will be in ogden this weekend to look at some condos and w ouldnt mind stopping by. I work on all makes and models and am the most reasonable you will find in utah. Your board is gone they are cheap and easy to install took me a 1/2 to do ours
