I can not believe the size of my libido since turning 30....am I alone in this?
Is this the husband or the wife? Have you changed any other habits? (Yes, gender matters).

So this here might be a myth, but it's a wide spread myth
I have no idea, what I do know is there are days when I am driven to destruction by my very demanding lady parts! I could probably have sex all day long and still be ready. It is kinda driving me nuts.
Actually most women are just reaching their sexual peak at about your age.
My libido went through the roof around the time I turned 30. I couldn't get enough...truly! That was around the time I became VERY interested in this lifestyle and all of the 'perks' that go along with it. Yeehawwww!
I can speak for the Mr and say that he is always thankful for a helping hand when it comes to my libido. It has always been high but after 30 it did double.
Yes, my mr is convinced I am gonna make his parts fall off from over use. It's very frustrating I think I could keep up with two or three teenage boys right now
Mine went into overdrive shortly after 30 and hyper drive after having a hysterectomy, which I know is odd since most women lose sex drive after that procedure.
I like that term hyper drive, that so explains where I'm at 
funny thing is that I never had much of a libido untill a few years ago, now it's insane, there is no such thing as enough sex at this point in my life.

I'm 33 and never in my life thought I'd be exploring the way we are now. I know I'm enjoying it and positive that he is too. I've never played by myself so much either. I can say its a great workout!

This is PRECISELY why I (he) have ALWAYS preferred women 35 and older.
Not only does there appear to be a chemical change between 30 & 35, but it seems most women also have a total change of mindset about their sexuality around that time.

This is merely my opinion, but it has always seemed to me that younger women look at sex as being candy they hand out if and when they see fit.

Like, OMG! I thought I was the only one. Christ, who would of thought that someone else on this planet turned 30 and horny. Phew, I'm so glad I'm not alone.
My wife is 42 now and slowly starting to have an increase in libido. I wish it was a lot more than it is though. I am 38 and my libido is through the roof but with hers not at the same level I can never get enough..

Lmao! So true, I kinda wish I'd has this sex drive back when I was younger, kids kinda make it hard to utilize! My hubby is the same younger then me and can't keep up, I think I might need to find a sugar mommy
