Hey Everyone! wondering if i could get some advice ...my husband and are fairly new to this still because of our busy busy life we really have not had time to have alot of play time.. but when i first came on to this site i met a single guy we chatted and than exchanged phone numbers sent pics back and forth, bla bla bla .... well just recently a friend( not in the lifestyle) pulled me aside and told me that he had seen nude pics of me online, he gave me the website and i checked it out ..... it was the truth, nude pics face pics and my lifestyle choices were all posted on there !! the heading was something like this "married girl I banged " ... let me remind you i met this guy on an adult site, and he is also on here ! he recently got into a new relationship with ex girl friend, and him and i no longer talk ! in this forum he posted, he also talked shit about my lifestyle even tho he is in the same lifestyle !! anyways is there anything I can even do about this ?? legally, is it okay to take peoples pics and post them online ? I have contacted the other website
but they will not get back with me ... I guess im looking for advice .. what would you do ?
Wow, I don't know any of the laws or anything but that really sucks.
What name does this guy go by?
the problem I see is that if you don't say who it is, he will do this to other people, on the other hand if you do say it may cause all kinds of problems for you, tough spot to be in, but I know what I would do.
Find out who's hosting the image and send them a DMCA notice asserting copyright ownership of the image. Also, you can use tineye.com or google search by image to see if it's anywhere else.

While you can usually get an image take down from one host or another, there's not much you can do to prevent him from uploading the image again somewhere else unless you take legal action against him, and even then, well, once it's on the internet, you'll never be able to completely hide it.
Of course you can always post his profile and real name or go to every friend you have on here and pass it forward. Next go to every M&G and lifestyle event you can and pass out information on him. Your advantage is that in this lifestyle you will be more like to be believed than he will. You may have to show a screen print from the website to other women as proof. Leave out the men. We don
thank you everyone for your advice i have taken care of the problem, and let the people that needed to know, know !!! so no one should worry... he also pulled the pics off the other site..thing is this could really happen to anyone :( rather it be a single guy, girl or couple !! be careful ... thanks for all the emails giving us advice also !!!! :)
A nightmare horror story!

I just wanted to interject here that not all single guys are like this fellow. Some of us are simple, honest, reputable and trustworthy guys.

I feel for you! I'm glad it's never happened to us. I guess you could look on the bright side - you've now got validation that you're so HOT you're pictures could be posted. I don't have that issue.
