I have attemped to send attachments several times but it only allows me to to it about 30% of the time. Does anyone else have this issue???
Loging out and back in will usually fix the problem.
I talked with a Swingular customer service rep about this. It is a problem that affects some, but not all members because of the program they are using for the attachments. However, his said they are changing the program. He does not know when, could be today or in a few months, but hopefully soon. With the new program all attachment problems should be solved. I have to right click in the black space where the attachment button should be, then click play, just to have it appear!
