I'm not sure if this is the proper place for something like this, but considering the circumstances, I can't think of an easier way, and I hope some of you can relate.
We recently trimmed our "friends list" severely. A few months ago we cut the pages back to at least a single digit, and now are left with just barely over a page. There's a multitude of reasons, and most of them are personal, but none are drama related.
If you are no longer on our list, please PLEASE don't be offended. It's nothing personal whatsoever. Nobody pissed us off, fucked us over, offended us, or hurt our feelings, (very bad anyway) and we aren't turning up our nose or turning our back to you, and will gladly say hello and chat if we cross paths in the future.
We know we move slowly, we're very cautious, personality picky, and for whatever reason, things don't always click, people evolve, we can't keep up, or maybe WE weren't really what YOU were hoping for either. It happens, and there is no further need to share private pictures with each other if there is most likely not going to be any kind of future relationship. There were a lot of messages we sent to people on our "list" that were read, and never replied. That part I TOTALLY don't understand, but that's another topic sometime.
To those of you still on our "list", there's a reason, and thank you for your patience, the messages, the texts, and occasional contact we get from you. All of you who know Denise and myself, know that we are not fakes, flakes, or mistakes! We are honest, genuine, harmless, and not out to hurt anyone or lead anybody on. But this is all about the two of us, and those that we are close with, and sometimes you need to stop, take a good look at yourself and your relationship, and regroup. I sincerely hope we haven't offended anyone. Not our intention, and not our style. Just wanna live the dream as quietly as we can.

What a great idea! We love the way you worded your post and the meaning behind everything you said. We might even steal some of your sentences whenever we write an email in the future. You know that the profiles left on your list now are very lucky because it means they meant more than just sex in your life. We hardly get friends requests and have a very short list of friends whom we know (most of them) personally. Spring cleaning right before summer could be a great idea to make sure friends you don't communicate often are still on the site as well :-)
