Ever since the new chat room was released, I have not been able to access the chat room on my Apple. Currently using FireFox. Does anyone have any suggestions?
We are able to get as far as loading the chat window, then when it asks to use the camera or not, clicking on the access or deny buttons does not work, therefore not allowing us to proceed into the chat room. Not sure if this is a problem with the Adobe, Java, or just the Apple.
I use Safari and I'm using the iMac, this years model and don't have a problem.
I tried using Safari, same problem. So I dont think it is FireFox. Seems to me, I had this problem years a go, and it was just a simple change in the settings, but I dont recall what it is.

Just curious because you didn't mention it, did you click the close button?
It does not allow me to click the close button is the problem. Click, double click, right click....nothing
