There was a big situation in my home...my son found out we play here, and flipped...he figured out my password and sent every friend on my Yahoo list an IM saying we were threw with Swingular and Yahoo....I explained to him, his mother and I are adults and can do what we want if it\'s not affecting our marriage or family life. So to all my friends, it was a BIG misunderstanding. He even went as far as deleting Beauty\'s and my Yahoo ID\'s. It\'s being rectified and we should be back to normal by this weekend. Sorry for the confusion....guess Beauty and myself shouldn\'t use the same password on ALL of our accounts,lol. The passwords have since been changed,lol.
make sure you set your browser to NOT keep the web address in your history and don\'t let it keep your passwords.
If you use Yahoo web email make sure you sign out before exiting the IE browser, or else when you open IE again and if you have Yahoo mail it\'ll show a msg icon in the top tool bar.

We don't give our kids access to our Personal computer..... they get the family one...... ours is password protected.....

Not trying to be an asshole or to tell someone how to raise kids, but there is a simple solution to hte problem...BEAT THEIR ASS...so many times I have seen kids do shit like this...in public and private, and yet parents are trying to explain why they shoudl not do it...no explanation is necessary...No matter how old the kid is...they do not need to know what Mom and Dad do in their free time...But hey./..who am I...All I can say is that their is a generational gap somewhere along the time line, and parents ceased being parents....when this happened...the respect disappeared also....and without respect...there is nothign but chaos...What is this kid gonna do when he has a job and something does not go with the way he feels it should go? contact everyone on someone else's computer and ruin the companies name or something? Real world will someday bite people on the ass....when it happens, I hoipe you enjoy a 35 year old kid living at your home...
And if you think an ass-beating's not in order (we think it is), here's another solution:
Hack into their email and their IM. Tell all your son's friends that he's not friends with them anymore and they should never try to contact them again. When he complains, you simply respond, "Sucks, doesn't it?" If he keeps complaining, "See you've got a .45 mouth with BB balls."

We have two teenagers and sat down with them and explained what we were doing and why.
Now they understand why their parents go out on weekends now when we never did before.

Some very good comments. We would of course make sure they learn the lesson of respcting other's privacy. And I am sure a severe blow to the head several times with a 2X4 would be considered. LOL Of course being much larger and former military helps put the fear of Dad into them. :-)
Just to make sure folks know, the comment about the 2x4 was a joke. :-) And I never hit my kids. But then the size and former military, not to mention powerlifting hobby, instilled what I call a healthy respect for dad. :-)
