I was having an offline discussion with another cop and he mentioned an officer who got fired for adultery (presumably for swinging.) How do you all feel the recent Supreme Court decision in the Texas case of the two gay men affects our swinging? The Court said what happens behind closed doors between consenting adults can not be ruled illegal. Would a department have a leg to stand on trying to fire a swinger?
