Swingers Forum - New Utah Laws.....

My first threat so be gentle ya'll.
I was reading some online information about State Laws and erotic literature. After going into it many threads and layers deep I came across a comment about Erotic Literature. I am curious if the New Utah Pornography laws will now include all forms of erotic literature too? I know it's been attempted in the past. And will this also cover Electronic forms? I hate to imagine that the thought police will now tell us we can't read online stories too. Ask around if you have contacts and let's find out just where this is going.
I could've sworn I just saaw some erotic literature at barnes and noble ;)
Porn is sin in any form. Everyone knows that.

Keep it " simple "

Personally 'Porn' as in video is best when watched totally tore, on fast forward.......Bunnies!!!
And yes the local Hastings store has the same stuff as B&N. I'm just wondering what our noble Law Makers might have slipped.(hehe)into the latest revisions.

Amen, that's why we prefer the practical applications instead of watching! ;)
With kids in my house I'm too afraid to have anything that can be considered "porn" around. I do have a DVD of me and my first 3sum plus two handwritten sexy stories that Jared wrote WELL HIDDEN but I don't keep other movies, mags, etc around. The fact they have gotten into my nightstand and used my vibrator as their new rocket for the Lego Launch Pad has made me paranoid as it is.
What new law is this? Can you point to it?
We have friends that feel if it's live it's not porn. So we feel better about watching others and performing for others because of that view.

Wish I could, I have tried to retrace my path in the threads I was looking at and like a stoned mouse I can't find it. TWO4YOUAK: That is exactly my suspicion, that the Utah Leg has gotten bored and is looking at another form of income from either tax or fees. They did a wonderful job taxing the Adult Entertainment here and have thus driven many out of business. I am hoping someone here has a good source of inside info and might give us a heads up one way or the other. shhhhhh NSA is watching us.....
Thanks. I did a quick search, so I could have missed something. But all I found was a 2005 story of a court overturning a Utah decency law.

All that info is fine and dandy ... but the real question is, where do we rent that DVD? :) hehe

There were only 3 copies made. And I had all 3...two were destroyed and one is "lost" in the confines of my bedroom. :D
According to Provo laws, supposedly it's illegal to throw snowballs and have water fights. There are a LOT of stupid laws on the books. Evidently oral sex is illegal in quite a few states, and sodomy as well - so gays are technically not allowed to practice.

On top of that, being from Missouri, I was sick of the "Are you married to your cousin?" jokes. Guess what - completely illegal to marry first cousins in Missouri - but in Utah, it's allowed! Gays can't get married, but first cousins can!

I will prolly have heart failure if they find it. Maybe I should put "Mom having sex" on it so it totally grosses them out once they do. LOL

It would be horrible, its one of those things tempting fate, that they would know they don't want to look, but their curiousity would make them do it :)
UTAH

_ New laws make any daily drink specials illegal, essentially banning happy hour.

I literally burst out laughing when I read this. The first time my son found one of my toys, I had left it under my sheets. He was in my room, it some how turned on and I came in to find him hitting it with a pillow. I almost DIED! We were just talking about how we need to hide everything since there will be lots of people in our place helping me move in. I guess I need to start with the books on the nightstand about S&M and anal sex positions.....
