I am starting the search for the "perfect" doctor to perform my breast augmentation. Please share with me some names to check out as well as some names to steer clear of. All of your help would be greatly appreciated... pics of the finished product would not be frowned upon by all means...

Mrs Edany0178
XOXOXO
Steer clear of Dr Keiter-- I can share a horror story if needed.. yrs of experience dont me anything!! I decided newer drs are better and MORE informed on newer procedures to get it to look the best!! good luck!!
good to know and would love to here the story ...
Dr warnock in sandy did my sons cleft and if he can do that with a child I'd love to see what he can do with breasts lol.
On a personal level I think staying natural is the way to go. Breasts just dont feel the same after they have been done and have seen too many bad ones.
But if you don't have any anymore then somethings got to be done...
My wife and I agree, your tits are amazing. Bigger isn't better and many times it can take away the feeling in your nipples and the scar is ALWAYS visible. Learn to feel sexy just the way you are and you'll be happier!
it Will be under the arm pit when i do it don't want any visible scars
Dr. Russell Young in slc. He did mine two years ago and I love them. He also did a friends a few years ago. I went with her recommendation when i got them done. He is great.
Thanks M. I Will get the info from ya next time you see your sexy bodies .
we see lol stupid phones!
Ok, here you go. My wife had hers done by Dr. Hauptin Sandy. He's an awesome surgeon, made the Forbes best list, and my wife was in and out in one day. She went from a 36C to a 38D and absolutely loves them as do I. They feel great, firm, and lifted just enough to give her the appearance of having 20yr old breasts. He's an excellent surgeon, very understanding and the his office staff will treat you like a Queen. They make sure you have all your questions and concerns addressed before any surgery is done. A consultation with Dr Haupt will definitely set you at ease and make you feel great about your new look.
I have always thought that boob implants are like a guy getting a bigger penis. There are a lot of men that would do that if it were possible. However most of the women that I have talked with say that bigger is not better even if the men seem to think that it is. The men that I talk with seem to be of the same opinion about women
Good Thoughts Thank you
Hi, like others We will caution you to do your homework. My wife had her's done by Dr. York Yates in Layton Ut. He is very professional and friendly and quickly gained our trust. He did a fine job and we were in and out in a couple hours. Hope all works out for ya, take care.
Gary & Jackie
Thank you!
All have been helpful thank you all.

RECOMMENDATION FROM MALE HALF:

DON'T DO IT!!!!

I would rather play with saggy, small, mishapen, uneven REAL tits than perfect fake ones every time.

Then again, that's just my $0.02

There are actually many men including me that feel this way.
and dont forget besides the initial cost and pain and recovery you need to redo them every 10 years for the rest of your life.. that is like enough money for a desire trip every 5 years. It also makes it harder to detect early breast cancer.
I'm going to have to go with natural. Unless you prefer men talking to your chest instead of you. They should see that beauty that is you, not the artificial one created by implants. If you lost them to surgery that's a different matter. Your perfect the way you are.

As a side note. look to art. How often do you see sculpture or other art of beautiful women with big breasts? Not very. Form and proportion supersedes size any day. I know a woman, six feet tall, absolutely statuesque but had "A" cups at best. She opted for a pair of D's and now all you can notice are these BREASTS! in your face due to her height. So if you do do it choose modestly...lol
We have heard that many of the procedures used in breast enhancement result in loss of sensitivity. Are there any procedures that don't have this outcome??????
The wife went to Dr. Vincent @ Vincent surgical arts. He is amazing, she still has all feelings in her nipples and breast, they look amazing!

That usually only happens when they go through the areola and the nerves are severed. If you do not need a lift and are going through the armpit this should not happen. Most physicians will not go through the armpit with silicone implants and they will make a small incision in the breast fold. Silicone cannot properly be positioned through the armpit. If the physician says they can I would look elsewhere or get some references. Feel free to email us if you need any additional information.

She is asking for a competent physician to make an informed educated opinion and your personal views on whether you like or don't like fake breasts are irrelevant. Just make sure you put in your profile "We are not interested in fake titties" that way couples like us can skip by you. My hubby says all breasts are good but I love the way I look now with my perky round breasts.

As for the replacement every 10 years and cancer detection you are misinformed. Replacement is only needed if there is a rupture and you can keep them as long as you want otherwise. Over 90% of breast cancer is found on self examination due to a lump detected on exam not a mammogram. That is why initially you need to perform more frequent self-exams to differentiate between the implant and breast tissue. When you have a mammogram they will have you move the implant around and take extra "pictures" of the breast tissue. Larger implants and silicone can make it harder to see all of the tissue but a good technician can get the needed pictures. If something does not look right there is always an MRI if needed and it is recommended by the FDA with Silicone every few years.

Im not a Dr. but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express!

We asked first ;)
I will tell you the story... but also my freind had hers under the arm pit.. and she lost sensation in one nipple.. its not to difficult to ruin the nerves under the breast and especialy if u go larger... I also lost most sensation in my right nipple. wish I hadnt done it mine were fine before.
Thank you again all for the advice
I had mine done by Dr Barnett at Alpine Plastic Surgery. He is amazing. No one knows my boobs are fake unless i tell them. I went thru the nipple because I wanted silicone. My scar is hardly noticeable at all. He works inside of a hospital which I liked because if something would have gone wrong he could have any type of doctor there to save me in 2 seconds.

Well said StickyandSweet! Dr. Kirk Moore did mine. I went to him because of the way he performs the surgery. I didn't need pain pills and his procedure vastly reduces the chance for lost in sensitivity and capsular contracture. I was back to work within three days. What generally causes both sensitivity loss and capsular contracture is the "ram it in" technique. This also increase the risk of a rupture. When you have to use force to get the implant in place you cause damage that increases the chance for problems and healing time. Unfortunatley most doctors still use the rough technique. Make sure your doctor doesn't. This is not medical advice:)!!!!
For sure going to have to call him
why thanks !!! I want them bigger though for myself
lol i am going to for sure
Getting excited for this he he
those are very very sexy
We like your boobs Edany but cant wait till you get your new ones. :)~~~~~ You are hot just the way u are.
I went to high school with York Yates. had no idea he was a plastic surgeon. Makes sense cause in highschool he was a horny bastard.
I have seen many breast augmentations and can say that I only ever asked one woman who her doctor was because they were so amazingly well done. The technique is called "gummy bear" implants (google it).
Her breast looked and felt by far more real than any other augmentation I have seen.

Note that the scars were under the breast & not in the armpit.

The woman told me they were done by Dr David Clayton at the Alta View Hospital here in Utah.

PM me for photos if you wish.
Might I suggest that you always get the opinion of a female plastic surgeon? I also believe you need to be upfront with your doctor, i.e. I told my doctor that I'm a nudist and I want them to look and feel natural. She suggested the size and type in consideration of my getting older and how they would look then and if I lost a lot of weight or not. Of course, my doctor is in Louisiana, so I'm sure you wouldn't come all the way over here, but I just love to brag on her work. She is also a pediatric trauma surgeon, so that was a plus for me--as for as the incisions. I had never seen any of her work before, but have sent her about 6 other people - and we have all been pleased with the suture lines and overall results. My husband even went to have his "turkey neck" fixed and is very happy with his results.
Do your homework and get a size that YOU feel is best for YOU. How the hell cares what everyone else thinks! This is YOUR body. My augmention was beautifully and knowledgably crafted by the fantastic Dr Christopher Costanzo in Thousand Oaks, CA. Keep in mind that I am a full time RVer and I could go anywhere I wanted to have the work done. At the very least, Google him and read his amazing website!!!
I had always been busty (36DD) then I had a mass of scar tissue that needed to be removed from my left breast. That left a gapping hole in my brest and one tit was now a C cup and the other was a DD! I wanted my full (yummy!) rack back and I also wanted my bust to be symmetrical but in order to do so, I HAD to get implants in both boobs. Keep in mind I was already a natural DD on the right! So, after lots of thinking and debating, I did opt for saline over the muscle. I didn't want hard boobs and I wanted to still have my natural bounce and feel. Because I already had enough breast tissue, my implants are totally covered and you can not see the implant from ANY position. Also, I didnt want the silicone as the every 3 year recommended MRI to be sure about them not leaking just was not appealing to me. My good friend just replaced her implants with the "TempurPedic" new material and they are lighter weight, look and feel great! She is a runner and she loves how light they are compared to her old silicone boobs. She is a 650cc girl and I am a 800-850cc. I can tell you that most people wish they would have gone larger than not. My boobs are only 3 months old in this pic, but have since fallen into a very relaxed and natural place and are now 3 years old.
When we go to parties, people ask me if they are real or not!!!!!! We always laugh about it and are honest. Even my closest friends are amazing at how natural they look now and I just love them! I have many other pics & videos on my profile if you care to see more. Take good care of yourself! :)
JJ
Recent pic-- I forgot to tell you that my implant incisions are under the breasts and I am very, very happy with the location of the little scars.
Guess I'm confused why a female plastic surgeon makes a big difference? Unless she's bi or gay I'd say us guys have a lot more "hands on" experience ;) As for the suggestion to often perform breast exams to detect lumps and early breast cancer detection I'd like to offer my services and I will make house calls :)

I'm not a doctor in real life but I play one on TV...............
