) I have to say that the application of that drug, and the scenario that lead to the death, was not simple negligence, it was criminal. If you start a fire in a crowded building and someone dies, even if that wasn't your intent, your actions directly lead to the death and you should have known that was the likely outcome. You need to do some time...So the good doctor is already scheduled to recieve a little over a year and a half due to over crowding! I honestly don't feel sorry for the doctor or Mr. Jackson. I agree with the pay to play reality of life. Two grown adults, both made poor decisions, and it sucks that someone ended up dead.
A lot of this is just celebrity sensationalism. Had this been a local case, there's be a whole different reaction, trial, and sentence. It sucks, but that's the world we live in.
