It shows that you hate working out. Damn, the pounds are just piling on. The stomach is sagging and the thighs are full of cellulite.

;)

Mav
We love doing it in the privacy of our own home gym.
The wife and I do P90X on the weekdays
i DEFINATELY love it.. just cant afford it. haha.
Working out has become something that's 5-6 days a week for both of us since the summer. We dig doing hard workouts together.
Gotta love putting iron up 5 days a week. Aerobic, stretch, resistance, start you day.

Bob
0420 five days a week that f'ing alarm goes off and it's off to the pool or into the basement weight room. Can't say that I love it, but it's an addiction, a compulsion, and a necessary evil. You may not be able to stop the clock but you can sure put up a hell of a fight if you set your mind to it... ;)
Hey you guys we have taken the fitness to another level. Gabbys lost 42lbs and I have lost 50lbs. 5 days a week and its super addicting. Dam food is the toughest though. Who here has done crossfit. Now theres a workout. We surely can't wait to have our new bodies. You all are looking so great.

Rick and Gabby
It's five or six days a week, 2 hours a day, for us as well. We are addicted and love it! Just about to head to the gym now, it's lower body tonight.
starting to get back into a good shape go to spa twice a day
I dunno but I should hae my gym membership back soon and it makes me berry happy. Anybody hit up the AF gold's?

Mark & Kitty
Been trying to work off those inches... 6 pack at a time...
I go five to six days a week for one and a half to two hours. No chasing women at the gym. My focus is to push myself not to say my eyes check out the chicks but its the last thing I worry about, plus to shy to approach a hot chick at the gym. LOL
We hit Gold's 5/6 days a week!!

good to know.... good to know.... :p
We're total gym rats. Been going to Gold's for many years and love the intensity and burn of a good workout. Of course it helps to motivate us the fact that other people may possibly see us nekkid. ;-)
I the male half have have been in the industry for over 25 years, although i work primarily with athletes i will occasionally work with average people, right now ive been helping a guy who started out at a whopping 300pounds and now 6 weeks later weighing in at 260, I plan to have him weighing 200 pounds within the next 3 months. So if anybody is in need of help and serious let me know.
We like fitness but find picking up and putting down heavy things to be repetitive and boring. That and he finds that whenever he gets into a weight lifting regimen he tends to gain muscle weight and muscle weight just isn't his thing. We go regularly to the rock climbing gym for our fitness (or outside in the summer). It's a lot of fun and the accomplishments feel more tangible to us. That combination makes it easier to motivate to go regularly.
Crazyfoxtcu, we also enjoy hiking, rock climbing, cycling, things like that. We've had gym memberships and the only thing we enjoyed were the classes... otherwise we also get bored pumping iron. We're all about the "outdoor" workouts. Hit us up sometime plz, we'll gladly meet you at Momentum, etc.
Anybody work out at the gold's on Redwood and 70th? That is where I go.

That would be great. This was a rough year for us in business and as a result we have gotten a bit soft. We are working back and some cross training would probably help.
We have a gym membership at a local gym and we try to go as often as we can. John prefers to do 2 X 3-mile elliptical aerobic and then head to the pool for 1Km in laps. Candy looks good the way she is, plus with her fibro, she usually goes along for the moral support. Plus when she goes to the pool, she looks pretty hot in a bikini! ;o) Of course the aerobic sessions wouldn't be complete without the iTouch filled with workout tunes or some favorite music video's to watch. The time goes by much quicker that way. Happy training everyone!

I've foudn for me personally, I do better with books than anything else. TV's ok, but books seem to hold my attention more for cardio.
No No No, you folks have it all wrong! The climbing gym is the way to go! Of course being an amateur I do a lot of hanging around while I'm there too when I fall off the wall! (but at least hubby gets his exercise catching me! :) )
I hate working out. That said, I still do it almost daily. I'm trying to get my figure back from having my baby and now that I'm seeing results... I am learning to love it. And my man is loving the changes too. It makes me feel better about myself and much more happy to show off my hard work ;)
Pals4fun that sounds like a blast! I love climbing but haven't been able to go in forever!! Maybe I'll have to take another look at getting a membership to the nearest climbing place...
Does anyone work out at the U of U Fieldhouse? I would love someone to work out with.
Is sex considered a good enough work out? Because that's all I do.. and look how great my ass looks! ha ha.. I wish that's all it took!!! We don't feel human unless we work out daily.
I <3 ZUMBA!!
Honestly there is nothing better than shaking your ass and burning like a gagillion calories an hour doing it :D
I have an itsy bitsy crush on the Zumba instructor at the local community fitness center, so that's where I (chica) usually go ;) We both have Golds Gym memberships, though, so if anyone wants to motivate us to get our asses over there feel free to message us and we'll meet up!
We hit the climbing gym pretty frequently, Momentum, anybody else? It's warm enough to climb outdoors in St George now!
You would think as much as one uses their stomach, it would be in better shape....LOL
Love working out but not in a gym. On the Dance floor is where I love to be. IF I'm not dancing in a studio it will be on the dance floor. Wish I had time for the gym too. Possibly someday I might pop my head into that anytime fitness could be an adventure in store. Hehehehe
Oh and I dont mean a regular dance floor. Though its my second place to be if I am not in a studio. I have been taking Dance Classes in college for years and I am amazed at how dance can shape your body to be defined in so many ways!!
Hotfire, I love dance too.. Zumba is a blast but the instructor at my gym isn't as good. I wish I could go dancing at the club more but that's hard with our schedules. And you should definitely.check out anytime fitness..its a great gym. I love it.
I am a-dick-ted to my GIANT TCR Advanced SL!!!!
":)
Ok, ok,ok..and My Hitichi Magic Wand!
We love working out but don't let it overtake our lives. 5 hours a week is all we spend at our gym. Now, eating properly, that takes commitment.

Sounds good will have to try it sometime. Zumba is good it does depend on the teacher for sure.
4 days a week ;) love it..
