everytime i try to post a picture with a new topic it asks for a url insted of Browse.

yes its odd but I still don't get the browes option since i just tryed again and it states swingular information and url and a place to type i have know clue what to put there to get the browse option to come pop up
You have to click on "add reply" at the top of the forum page...not quick reply.

BTW, Url is just a misspelling for a guy that manually goes around fastening pictures that he finds on the Internet to posts that people make.
