We have a night out in Salt Lake that we have to use on a weekday - Got a Groupon Deal to the anniversary inn - and we do not know of any "good" bars out there, especially for the weekdays.
Any help? Beer bars are not for us, she likes mixed drinks and he is hoping its close enough to the Anniversary Inn that he wont have to drive, but we could get a cab if needed!

We will have to check those out, we havent been to that many bars so really dont know what to expect
