I will be in Tampa the end of next April for a convention (of the perv nature ironically) and was wondering what I should expect for temps, weather, dress code for clubs, local tourist sites, etc.

You're only an hour away from Orlando which has a ton of things to do if u get bored in Tampa.

We will be there in November for a week. We have checked different places online and even emailed some people on this site. Most were very helpfullin giving ideas. Maybe we will actually get to meet them for drinks.
A perv convention in April?
Temp should be good by then, maybe a bit cool still in the evening.
Dress code depends on the club, mostly casual to sexy.
Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Adventure Island, Big Cat Rescue, the beaches, the rivers, plenty of touristy stuff to do depending on what your interests are.

It's actually a group of people who have all had weight loss surgery but it's the people who met on a sex board of the surgery support site. Go figure. They have an annual meet and greet for a weekend used to officially have weight loss topics offered. This is the first year they decided to just make it about fun. It's also the first year I'm actually going to go.

It occurrs to me that we (you and Greg) still have some unresolved issues over sharing a good dinner.
That being said, we (Greg & Deb) would love to hook up with you while you're here and resolve said culinary issue.
You may even be able to connect with a male friend at the M&G who could join us for said dining experience.
Weatherwise, MASSMN pretty well covered it - April is a GREAT month here with mild weather.
As for club attire, it's pretty much the same here as anywhere else - wear whatever you feel is most appropriate, and bring a bag along with your more provocative (slutty?) wear to change into (and out of) as things progress.
