We have 5 acres near Indianola UT that we've recently acquired.
We wanted to use this land as a "gift" of sorts, or a resource for the swinger population.
Basically think of it as a natural, open, clean area where we can do what we want.
I made a group to this effect. called "Utah Swinger Camp"
I think we have nigh unlimited potential here. My question I pose to you is this: Would you go? What would you like to see there? keep it wide open? or build something there? hehe. I'm excited just thinking about it. Have fun.

Sounds awesome! We'd go this weekend if it were open. We're looking to do some camping this weekend some place that is clothing optional. At a hot springs would be even better.
We use to hunt the areas around Indianola. Not much there but we had some good campouts. Let us know maybe next year will work for us. Thanks for doing this its pretty cool.

I'm glad you like it Happy! Join the group!!It's a bit of a drive from Pocatello, ID, but we love camping and if enough people were there for a weekend and we were free, we'd totally drive down there. Utah is great for camping!

Naughty by Nature needs a permanent location. 
And if it's good camping land, renovate it and open a camp site in general. Maybe designate certain times for swinger groups and then rent it out to the general public at other times. Or make a "lodge" or "party facility" with both a kitchen, a few bathrooms, some "spare" rooms, and a large common room complete with heat (fireplace too), AC, mood lighting, sound system...etc. This is your chance to make it whatever you want.

I would say it all depends on funding. A general campground open to the public with certain weekends reserved for private venues would be a good way to pay the bills on it. Other than That I would say maybe some type of basic cabin/lodge with a couple of restrooms maybe (no rooms needed, its a camping location). Also a facility to shower. Other than that just a big open area for tents, trailers, and motor homes would be fine. Keep it simple. Unless you want a super sweet party palace.

You have some great ideas being thrown out. Sounds like a great time, and I am sure we would visit. The wife has suddenly found walking around naked and no tan line sunbathing is very nice. A great bene for me and others!

Sounds wonderful....we'd be waaay interested in going someplace like that! To make it really suitable to everyone, tho, a potty, and shower would be a nice feature. The shower could be a simple outdoor affair...and the potty an outhouse...nothing fancy. Definately charge a small fee to help off set costs...

My idea of roughing it is a 3 star hotel. I don't camp real well. RV/trailer might be as much as I can handle. LOL
we think this would be a amazing place for such a party place might wanna make sure the parties are not during any hunts i used to live up by there and there are lots of crazy people around the hunts we dont need to have are sexy bambies around other guns other than the ones that swing i think it is a great place to have a swinging camp good luck we will be there just let us know when and where exactly it is

Concrete is cheap and I am sure you could finagle some of us Carpenters and Masons to make it a cozy little spot?
Maybe some barter let someone who is handy live free while they tie it up in a year or two, you never know you may let them stay there for 20 bucks a year to keep it on the up and up while they keep an eye on the place. All you need is a few chickens and a garden and goat if you can afford one.

I was looking at generator prices and septic tanks. There are sewer, power, and water lines nearby, but I have yet to figure the price.
I totally wouldn't mind someone living there or using the land whenever they wanted. It would be cool to have another set of eyes on the place and someone to help make plans/build stuff.

Sounds good. We love to camp and are not afraid to "ruff it", a tent is good for privacy and to keep the rain off, but other than that we're good with a bed roll and a "squatting hole" lol. Not the best for large groups or ongoing use though.
