Okay were just curious... about swinging and female cycles. Specifically TOM (Time of da Month).
Anyone have any thoughts?
We closely monitor Amanda\'s cycles and gives us a good idea of when to play and when not to.. and also for the increased nescessity for caution/protection.
We still have lot of fun on those \"TOM\" days, but don\'t think it would a good idea to invite people into our \'love-nest\'... well thats our feelings and preference..

I guess you can call us lucky because we don\'t have to worry about that, my misses has had most of her stuff taken out so there is no cycle. which is also good cuz we don\'t need to think about birth control either that and the fact I have been snipped.
I don\'t have to worry either - the birth control I am on stops mine, so no worries for me...
At least right now (we\'re pretty durn new in the lifestyle) I know that if I was having monthly cycles (woohoo pregnancy) I\'d probably expect us to hold off on playtime with others at that point. At the same time, he and I have been known to really enjoy the messy sex with each other. Maybe someday if we find the right person(s) and get comfortable enough with them, it\'s something that could be introduced. Until then, though... well, we\'ll err on the side of caution I think.

It was pretty bad when we hooked up with a couple and I went down on the female , was really getting into it and ended up with a string in my mouth...nasty.... she had her . and never told me ahead of time and then acted like nothing was wrong. Needless to say we never saw them again.
Well for me, my birth control takes care of that little problem as well.....but I am super picky about being CLEAN when my man or any man goes down, so if I did have TOM days......I would definitly stay clear from any other cpl and certianly wouldnt hestitate to tell them right off...HEY CANT PLAY THIS WEEK!!! I do not mind (male here) IF they inform me...BUt That is a decision I make on a case by case basis..Hasn\'t anyone heard of INstead? If not...It is a rubber cup that goes inside a woman that is similar to a diaphram...It keeps the blood from coming out and then when you are ready, you pull it out with the blood inside it...No one would ever know it was there...Unless (like me) they are well endowed, they can make it shift inside there, and some will leak out...BUt it is rare that it happends...
We personally do not get together with others during that TOM, which was highly predictable and much shorter than the usual thanks to the patch, before we decided to try for #4. Obviously, being pregnant that bump in the road is not something we need to worry about at this point. Under non-pregnant circumstances though we do enjoy sex in the shower during that TOM, no mess to clean up afterwards and everyone is satisfied, as she is always hornier during her TOM.
Having talked with some of our friends online and some of the people who we\'ve gotten together with, many of the women in those couples do not like or feel comfortable with playing even with their spouse/SO during that TOM let alone others. To each their own.
