We have been part of a few Gangbangs and have a friend cpl who organized these events and the way they did it was to have a meet and greet at a bar this way you could check out who all was going to be going to the GB after a few drinks and getting to know one anothers we would convoy over to the hotel. We agree with those that say invite more than you want to show because 50% or more will not show. Thye would always try to get at least one other cpl to participate and she was very selective on who she would invite. We agree with the above rules. We usually extend invitations to about 20 guys hoping 3 or 4 can make it. We then invite 6-8 over and get around 4.

As for the logistics of play, you can make any rules you want! We usually have the guys over and talk for a while, have a drink or two. Everyone gets to one another. We then tell the guys if we have any barriers (usually just have to use condoms for vaginal intercourse). then the party starts.

When we look for guys we specifically tell them what we are planning. We say what the parties are like, what they\'ll be expected to do (and not do), etc. We feel people out online for a while first and always ask for mulitple pictures, to be sure they are who they say they are. Jim, I doubt you ever will get invited to a GB with your attitude. You are right, it is for the pleasure of the woman, but you are going to recieve some pleasure out of it also. I have only been in the swinging lifestyle in the capacity of going to swingers clubs. I have also been involved, and witnessed gangbangs at the club. I believe that there are 2 very important factors for a gangbang to happen.
1) Comfortable Setting
2) Comfortable with the people involved.

Yeah the club setting is a good place for swingers, but it can be a chancy place for gang bangs. So, it was a pretty relaxed atmosphere with no expectations and everyone was enjoying themselves.

Summing up...First and foremost, know what it is that you want...have it formulatewd in your head before you even begin to hunt fo5r partricipants. Once you are comfortable then you can think about whom you would like to invite. make sure all parties are comfortable with you and vice-versa. Now execute your plan and have a great time.

When I set up a party here is a rough outline of my planning.

Over the six weeks period as single males approach you via your couple profile respond with an invitation to the party. Thus you wind up with perhaps 30+ men total.

Keep careful notes from your emails and conversations. Be prepared to screen your prospective guests. You need to require the following:
A polite, well written response to the invitation
A face picture
At least a height & weight
A summary of any swinger or gang bang experience (preformace anxiety is a problem)
A candid phone conversation and at least a cell phone number
A strong verbal commitment to coming, if they say they will try but cannot promise -- forget it.
A commitment to the limits you set for the play time

The phone conversation and a way to contact them is the acid test. If they won't talk on the phone -- regardless of the quality of the emails they are probably just looking for a cyber thrill. If they won't give you a way to contact them, then you need to really think it through. They will be concerned about a call at a bad time or an awkward message. And you need to respect those concerns. However there is an issue of trust here, if they do not trust you with their cell phone number, should you trust them with the lady in your life?

Be prepared to say thanks == but no thanks to men who do not meet your criteria. Trust your gut feelings about who should be dropped from the guest list.

If you very carefully cull the guest list you need to have a final guest list for more men than you want. You need to invite six men to have four. You will get about one third no-shows. You will start to worry that you have invited too many but the no shows are a simple fact of life.

Also add to the guest list to cover the weak or non-preformer. If you want four then try to get at least five. Performance anxiety is a problem. Especially for first timers.

If you are fortunate enough to have some swinging male friends and you include them then you might adjust your no-show and non-prefomrer percentages downward.

Have light refreshments -- something that she likes to drink set out. Have candles and mood lighting. Have the room set up. A fan is a big plus and can be used as needed. Have a lube that she likes ready and available. Have a few toys she likes off to one side.

Require everyone to bring their own condoms but have a few laid out -- just in case.
