We are thinking about putting together a big event in Las Vegas and wanted to get some feedback to see if this would make business sense.
Around the second weekend of June, we are planning a total private mansion takeover for the weekend. The mansion properties (there are 4) have anywhere from 10 to 26 rooms and is in a secluded, private area. The properties are amazing and feature bars, theater rooms, private pools & hot tubs, billiards & gaming rooms and more.
Rooms would be available to rent for the entire weekend and would include continental breakfast in the mornings. You would not need to book a room to attend the events.
There would be themed parties both Friday and Saturday nights and clothing optional pool parties Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the day. Each would feature DJ's and open bars.
To start the nights, we could possibly host an event at a local strip/night club and then have a party bus take everyone back to the mansion for an after party, but this is just an idea.
We want to hear your feedback on this so if you think this is something you might travel for and plan on attending, please post your reply. Let us know if you would just attend the parties or if you would also rent a room. You can also email us if you wish to remain anonymous.
Putting an event of this size together can be quite costly so we want to make sure it's something that could be done.

We would attend for sure but we live here in Vegas so would probably not rent a room....
Sounds fun to us!! We would for sure be in to the parties and depending on the price of the room we may be interested in that as well. VIVA LAS VEGAS!!
We're planning on being in Vegas through the second week of June anyway, so yeah, we'd be there for sure.

I am not sure if that time is open for us which is not really relative. My question is what % would be from Utah vs other states? The way I see it if it is over 50% Utah members you might as well stay around here. If it is mostly Vegas members you probably could hook up with them on any Vegas getaway... If it was mostly a traveling crowd from all over the region or US it seems like it would be more fun to attend. IT does sound fun before it gets to hot down there.
It would be a mix of Vegas, Utah, Arizona and California couples.
We would rent a room.
They definitely won't disappoint.

We can not make it in June due to a family vacation, but will go to future parties. Sounds like a lot of fun and count us in!

we would be in depending on price as well. but anytome after july 1st this year would be better as that is when sierra turns 21 so anytime you put something like this on let us know we would love to go.

We would be interested... If anyone is getting rooms you have to see and stay at the ARTISAN. Las Vegas hottest place and fun as hell.. inexpensive rooms and a great venue. Ciao
