Absolutely an enema first. Milk and olive oil does sound exotic but warm water with a little salt added works just fine. don't pump in too much liquid. a cup should be fine. repeat if you want. As the previous poster mentioned, give yourself an hour (or two or three) for the colon to absorb any excess liquid and you are good to go.

Wow! Remember alcohol through the back door is very dangerous. The wine is absorbed directly into the blood stream which makes this a very risky cleaning. An wine enema is a great way to kill yourself. I would avoid this and stick with a saline solution.

Actually the hubby watched someone die in the ER from alcohol poisoning caused by an alcohol enema. Please, please, please swinger friends don't use wine or any other type of alcohol in an enema
There was an episode of MANSWERS about alcohol in the rectum. It is the fastest way to get drunk, BUT the liquor, wine, beer, etc. doesn't pass through the kidneys and other organs before it hits your bloodstream, so you get all the toxins and other stuff (besides the alcohol) directly. It is NOT a good idea, but if anyone here decides that they want to try it, PLEASE have a buddy with a phone nearby so there can be an ambulance on the way if needed....

Sorry for the bad advice. I read once that red wine was a good way to prepare and it has worked well for me. I use a little bit at a time and don't even get a buzz but apparently it isn't a good idea. I didn't realize it was dangerous. Thanks for the info!

Hi guys I just wanted to know how was it and finally what did you guys used and how did it work...
There has to be a good reason why, when there's an upcoming examination or procedure, doctors usually recommend going to the drug store and buying a simple "FLEET" enema (that's the brand name).
It's the right amount of the right solution, simple to use, and immediately disposable.
I see absolutely no rhyme or reason for getting overly creative about this - unless you're looking at turning the actual preparation into part of your play.

To add to what others have said...make sure temperature of the liquid is not to hott or to cold...or your enema will cause cramps and not work well as far as coming back out easily...warm but not hott...or cool but not cold.

I would check with your doctor. Salt can actually make me dry up more and have high blood pressure and excessive swelling. So this does not sound right to me to drink salt with water. Can you drink from the great salt lake. I think not sooooo do not put to much salt in your body at all. I have had toxemia with each baby and was told to not have salt and limit my sodium. So if you have slow acting kidneys then I would not even try it. Do a real enema. However like karmicsunrise said be cautious with that area. It is sensitive and full of bacteria. Talk to your doctor. k
