I've been really wanting to get my cock pierced for quite some time, but to be honest, I'm outright terrified about the pain aspect. I have many tattoos, so its not so much a needle thing, I guess I just have some sort of mental block or something. I guess my question is, from both male/female people that have them, is it really that bad, and is it worth it in the long run? Has it increased the pleasure level of sex? What are the downsides? My wife has had her clit pierced for a decade or so, and we both love it. But what about male piercings? Anyone out there with an opinion, feel free to chime in! Thanks in advance...

Personally I have a hard time giving oral to a guy who's cock is pierced...it kinda ruins the rhythm I usually get going and also I have my tongue pierced and it hurts when they hit...has never really been that attractive to me I guess...and I love piercings and tats...we have tons...that one, just not so much 
Much of the the pros and cons depend upon what type piercing and where you intend to put the hardware on your unit.....are you doing for bling bling...or for pleasure enhancement?
im not going to lie, it hurts! bad! i have a prince albert and 5 pearls. if you are thinking about getting any piercings there, i would go with the pearls! only take a couple of weeks and feels like stretching your ear out for a bigger guage is all. the prince albert takes forever to heal and hurts very bad! hope this helps
I say pass on the Pa. I had one for 11 yrs. now.. Most women find its hot at first and then find that its better with out one less in the way. I wear mine from time to time it feels much better to the women then it does the man. If you like hard fast sex you chance ripping it!! Trust me once you do that you will wish you never had it. The piercing it self is not bad at all I had to do it all over again I would of went threw the top instead of the bottom. More tissue less apt to rip and more likely to rub the G spot. That is my thoughts I hope it helps ya out.
I actually had to remove my piercings because it was causing scar tissue in wifeys vagina. Not good when the OBGYN asks what could be causing that!
