Were back in the scene, kind of, and looking to get reaccquainted with a lot of old friends and hopefully a bunch of new ones. Where is the new places to go, or is HABITS still the place to be to run into a bunch of you? Were looking for something to do this weekend and we dont want to start off on the wrong foot.
If you're wondering who or what type of people frequent certain clubs you can check out PartyUtah.com. They have photographers at a lot of the clubs taking pictures of the patrons every weekend. I'm one of their photographers so if you're looking to go on a certain day or looking for a certain type of music or crowd I can point ya in the right direction. Just let me know!

I'm not sure if Habit's is "the place", but you'll almost always find a handful of us dancing there on Fri/Sat.
Well It looks like we will be attending Habits. We are also up for a few M&G's and we will have some pics up on here soon because I know there are a lot of you going, "Who are these people?" Most of you will just laugh with us, and want to see whats new.
If it was two years ago I would say Habits is the place, it was hot, sexy fun! we took a break and now are looking around again so we headed to Habits last weekend, it was very slow until around 10:00 pm, 2007-2008 we needed to reserve a table (not anymore) HOWEVER they have good food, and a wonderful friendly staff and that is why we will continue to go back!!.... every club has its time, and I think Habits has seen its best days...so where is the next hottest club?

There is a meet n greet (Northern Nights) in Ogden on Saturday and Admin has one every Saturday at Trails...all the meet n greets and those parties are listed on the home page....
If you are going to meet people and talk it is a little easier at Club 48 and at Northern Nights in Ogden. Club 48 has music but not as loud as at habits and Northern Nights has a private room for talking and meeting. Habits is a good place if you like LOUD music to dance to. Just my 2 cents....I go to almost all Club 48 meet and greets because I can talk to people easier there and is closer to where I live.

But as stated above, it can be difficult to communicate, due to the music. Most fun I've had chatting has been on the patio outside, unfortunately sort of an issue if you're dealing with minus 4 windshield... I'll still go occasionally during the winter (and freeze my tooshie off), mostly when the Meet and Greets are happening, or if friends let me know they will be there

We Like Club 48, ourselves..for just the reasons Squirtsalot mentioned...as well as it is just more comfortabe setting for a couple t-shirt wearing bikers like us! LOL
But..Candeeme is definately right about dancing. We like Habits for that, absolutely. The music at 48 is ahh..sometimes lacking..

Forgot to mention Northern Nights in Ogden...have only been there once..for the Halloween party..but have to say..the folks were very friendly, easy to meet, and pretty lowkey, too..We enjoyed it. Looking forward to going again sometime, just hard to get that far very often, with our work schedules.
Habits:
Pros: Great music, food delish, cool/friendly staff.
Cons: Drinks pricey/watered down, music too loud, "dress code", popular hangout with self proclaimed elite swingers.
Club 48:
Pros: Drinks great, music at reasonable level, relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Food sucks, understaffed, sometimes music sucks too.
Northern Exposure:
Pros: Private room with private smoking area, some drinks good, music at reasonable level, music ok.
Cons: Some drinks pricey/watered down and they seem to run out of their "specials" quickly, food sucks too, staff really busy (altho they are friendly).
Pros: Great music, food delish, cool/friendly staff.
Cons: Drinks pricey/watered down, music too loud, "dress code", popular hangout with self proclaimed elite swingers.
Club 48:

Habits sounds like fun. Do you try to meet on here before hand so you know who to look for? Or is there a special word we need to know and loudly yell it several times when we arrive? lol

No. People just know each other...they usually reconize each other from the face pics on profiles if they haven't met before. Swingular does a "section" but everyone sits any and every where. Find someone who's face you know, introduce yourselves and they can point everyone out.
however if some of us pitched in on making club Edge an AWESOME swingers club that would be great!!!
The sound system is soooo high tech and sounds great. They have some of the top dj's in the area. completely awesome!!!
There is private area for conversation or VIP reasons and private booths.
It has a huge dance floor with lots of extra room to socialize. Huge back area for smoking and socializing too.Every party thrown there has been off the roof and sooooo much fun for everyone including all of the single people out there too.
The staff is soooooo nice and great with their customers. The drink prices are not to pricey and drinks taste very good with full flavor not watered down like some of the other bars.
