Thank for your other responses to my other aquestion. Now we pose the ? are swingers more spiritually inclined than str8 couples. What do you think and why?
Ummm what a question, I don' t think MORE spiritually inclined, but certainly not less. Of course, I feel REAL spiritual when screaming *oh God, don't stop*. I know many lifestyle couples who are regular church attenders and many who feel the roof wuld cave in if they entered a church. But this is life anywhere, and I feel that maybe those who are not spiritual at all, may be a little ashamed of what they are doing ?? huh?

Great question,

I don't think lifestyle people are more or less. I think it's normal number are and are not regardless of the lifestyle question.

We have meet several swingers that continue to have issues with this. They feel that their beliefs in god don't allow for swinging. So at times they have major guilt issues with the lifestyle or even just being bisexual.

I personally don't get into that line of thinking because I believe that if everyone is in agreement and no one is getting hurt or lied to; then there is no "sin" with exploring the lifestyle.
I work in a church and know that most members here would frown upon the lifestyle. let me add that most of them are retired while I am in my late 20's.

But a young minister that we had here, who left to head up another chruch, and I had a number of discussions about sex and whatnot.

His opnion was that he didn't think God honestly cared what we did with our sex lives, that there were more important things to be concerned with. (as long as it doesn't negatively effect others)

I'm not sure if it's a generation thing?

My wife was rasied in a baptist church which seemed to be a "not talk about sex" kinda congregation, yet she and her family are very open in their discussions, some might say (me) a little too discriptive in their talks (like grandma and her new husband) but open none the less.

My basic theology is that Jesus doesn't want you to live a life of repentance or guilt but rather that you enjoy all that life has to offer, and most importantly be decent and caring towards others, not necessarily in a sexual way but in a friendship helping way.

The bottom line is that we all screw up from time to time, but don't dwell on it, learn from your mistakes, ask for forgivenness and move on to help others.

With all that said I'll step down from my soapbox and blend back into society.
Interesting question we believe that each and every person you meet is for a purpose and only the man upstairs can figure out why you happen to meet each and every person you meet .

We feel that it was divine intervention that brought us to this lifestyle. We know alot of so called religous people are out for themselves until they enter thier place of worship. We think there is far more spiriturality in the lifestyle then outside of the lifestyle maybe not in the sense of being under a spirtitural roof that does little than to line the pockets of those who own the establishment. This lifestyle allows you to share your love with more than one person what better definition of spirtiturality is there? Maybe if more people screwed each others instead of fighting with each others then the world would be a much better place! Look at what happened on 9-11 over religous beliefs????

We may go to hell for saying that but at least we will have fun along the way ;)
