We have noticed that in our area too. What's happening is just social change. couples get into the lifestyle looking to meet a girl for 3somes. We do have a steady friendship and play relationship with a single female but those are rare. Most of us mostly meet other couples. As couples progreess on their experience, they just become more open to other alternatives. The mainstreaming of the swinging lifestyle started in the late 90's and peaked in the mid-2000's. By this time, most experienced couples had been playing for years and becoming more welcoming to single males. There is still an enormous surplus of single males so most couples that are open to single males are looking for a very specific type. In our case I would consider for my wife a young (under 30) well hung guy, black preferred, very educated and not too shy. So, don't get too comfortable with those "males ok" messages, you still need to make sure you fit the bill.
