I guess if you want to trade beauty and sensitivity for constant mostly unwanted attention a boob job is a good thing. As for me I'll take real over fake every single time.
My wife was small chested and after having kids she wanted her boobs done. It increased her self esteem and made her feel better so that is all that matters. I liked them the way they were and I like them now. If someone said they did not want to play with us because of it we would say NEXT.
check mine and see what you think. i've had them done twice. once before kids, once after. i can let you know my surgeon (same one both times) and the costs i paid.

i paid for my boobs and i don't think it made me any less beautiful. and more importantly, i'm more secure with myself and much happier about my body than ever. so i guess that'll be a no thank you from you to us. :P
see there is a reason i like to wear lingerie while on my knees giving a blow job. So not into getting nipple rug burn. :-/

Dr. Scott Haupt in Murray! He has done mine, and all of my friends' boobs too!! I love the guy, very professsional, in the business for a long, long time and very reasonable on his prices too!! Talking to a coworker of mine who had hers done about a year ago & found out she had also gone to him. Hers look great too!!
