When we compose or reply to a mail we have our list of standard letters. When we attempt to manage these letters we have 2 that are not in the list to be edited or deleted. What can we do to facilitate cleanup of these standard letters that were setup years ago and now we would like to modify? I hate having 2 with such a similar subject line to chose from, I'd surely hate to send one by mistake.
