We like the IM feature. We also like that you can view the chat history. But we have seen where it will work on some friends and it will just freeze the site when trying to view other friends history. Is it because some chat history is longer than others?
Is there a way to retrieve the history on some that will not work?
Are other people seeing this problem? It would be great to be able to get to the chat history. If certain chat history data is corrupt, is there a way we can get someone to clear it out so we can start new again?
Is this the best place to ask these questions, or should i send an email to the Admins?
