electric stimulation (e-stim) Have one of those machines when I was coaching Football. Used it for muscle stimulation to help the players get back to playing faster. They work great for that. There was a movie in fact they did two of them. Where this group of guy's did all kind of dumb things and in one of the two movies they used one of these machine on there balls.
