We've all heard those people that are obnoxiously loud in public places on their cell phones. Heck, some of us may have been those people. If you had a super power to use that would eliminate that annoyance what would it be. I'd want psychokinesis. I could use some Jedi mind tricks and have the cell phone fly out their hands and smack them in the head before zooming it across the room into the wall.
I would not want a superpower to do away with cell phones, here's why....I think texting is cool and appropriate, but talking to people for hours on end in, let's say restaurants is a little over the top. I've also seen people sitting at tables together not communicating, both just texting the night away, that is a little too much too...hahaha. But it is what it is, cell phones are awesome (and we all could probably not do without them...especially in the lifestyle) hehehe... My two cents.. 
i'm going for limited small scale EMP. That would take care of loud radios, phones, iPods, and more!
