How do people on here expect to meet others without at least ONE profile picture?! GRRR!!! We are not picture collectors and we require discretion and a certain level of anonymity because of our children and the small community we live in. But no profile picture? Really? Come on people! Does anyone out there agree with us on this?
We didn't have a public pic for a long time. We just added one and we have had a ton of response so it does work. I can see where people want to keep their privacy but you can put a pic that shows what you want and nothing more. for us a pic on a profile at least says that you are real and not some poser.
well while you are at it can we also drum up support and ask for both sexes to post pics. The first rule we heard and adopted was "Never take one for the team"

Pictures are just about the first thing anyone sees when they either click on your profile or see the thumbnail while browsing a list.
It is what is seen even before reading through the most articulate and heart-felt of profile descriptions.
It's the first impression.
Even somewhat anonymous pictures are better than the no-pic-profiles.

I thought there was a rule against having no picture or a picture of anything but a person but that is supposed to be enforced by the admins. The last time we reported some profiles with no pics we were told that they are given a warning. If it's not fixed in 2 weeks or something like that they get another warning and 2 more weeks to correct it. haha Uh huh, sure...
We concur with a pic of each person.
agree with the majority, if you don't have a pic of you on your profile we skip right past.

Thanks for all the responses everyone. Glad to know we're not the only ones who feel this way. We're down in southern Utah and with as little of "us" as it is, finding 60% or more of the profiles down here being without pictures gets very frustrating. We have pics of "her" for our profile because, let's face it, "she's" ALOT better looking than "he" is (haha) but once we're friends with someone our private pics reveal both of us and our faces. Besides, I also feel that profiles without ANY pictures send all kinds of red flags like he or she might be on here without their spouse's knowledge or perhaps they have something to hide. Just my two cents...again
Ok we totally agree here, We (So Ut peeps) have a pretty limited amount of profiles based in our area, there are probably a 70/30 spilt with no pictures on their profile. It makes it really tough to try to meet people.

But if you want to see private pictures.. I don't see a problem at all. The problem is there are some people in the vanilla community that DO check this site out, and they HAVE found pictures that say it all. So some people what to be anonymous, except for those they call friends, then let em.
Their 30 bucks is as good as yours.
