What is it to being a swinger couple - Is it always this way - We have been in the lifestyle now for about 3 and a half years and it's been really fun meeting so many new people but I have a question. What is swinging all about? Here's my dilemma I've noticed that people we have played with act in a certain manner that is starting to disgust me. First and foremost yes we swing because we like to have sex with strangers that I fully understand. What I don't understand is the fact that all these couples say that they want the friendship at first and everything is great until after we all have sex then it's like we don't exist anymore. I enjoy the play but at times I do crave a little more of a friendship with benefits. So in the swingers life is it all about how many people you screw and that's it. We met this really awesome couple and we all hit it off like great friends but after the play was done they show no interest. I should be happy I got laid but is it wrong to be a swinger and want to have a friendship?

AA Unicorn Visiting SLC - Looking for a good time - Not sure how much you know about Utah in general and swinging here specifically but, in case you didn't know, there are no on-premises swing clubs Utah. Also, we recently lost our "unofficial" off-premises club where many swingers would hang out and, as of yet, there isn't one specific club that has replaced it thus far. Your best bet might be to perv a bunch of profiles and see if there are any couples who strike your fancy and ask if any are available to hang out with on a school night. Good luck.
We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - As an open couple i can say its not abnormal to find that alot of people are NOT what they say they are.. Swinging with Vanillas - Any success stories? - I know this probably won't be a very popular point of view but I kind of have a problem with vanilla hunting. If you meet some vanillas and talk to them, hell tell them you are swingers or whatever, and they're interested and then you leave it there and they have time to go home and consider what you've told them and make a sober rational decision then great. Where the line becomes blurred to me is approaching vanillas in say a bar situation where there is plenty of alcohol or whatever and then sort of guiding (pushing?) them into a situation where they might not be thinking completely rationally. I think the majority of us probably approached swinging from the perspective of making a conscious decision to try it out or whatever before we were put in a situation where sexual play might happen. I just think it's only fair for others to have that same consideration "space", if you will, before they jump into something they might not be ready to handle. Swinging is great. We have an awesome little hobby that is DEFINITELY NOT for everyone, no matter how much we think it should be. The truth is very few people can actually handle the intense dynamics of swapping spouses. JMO

Look at the "who's online" button under the SEARCH/BROWSE tab. There are plenty of people online right now seeking single males. Granted they are the minority, but from my locale, the search brought a 20-30% return per page, for those seeking single males.
Again, it's not up to you or I to dictate what it sexually acceptable for everyone else. If that were the case swinging should be outlawed because we sure as hell are not the majority compared to the rest of the country.

My point was that they are the minority not that there are tons and tons of people looking for single males. There are quite a few to be certain. However, it is usually not in the clubs or at least not so much in the WI-IL area.
No it is not our right to tell others what they can or cannot do UP TO A POINT. That point being that all involved are consenting adults.
