Mardi Gras 2007!!!!! - Its never too early to plan - A group of people from Las Vegas have worked with a hotel in New Orleans and set up the entire hotel for a huge swingers gathering at Mardi Gras for 2007. The event is open to anyone and we hope will help with getting New Orleans back on its feet. We know this past Mardi Gras was a success for the city but next year should be a huge blow out.
Already half the rooms of the hotel are booked. So they are going quickly. The package is for just the room and transportation to the airport upon the completion of Mardi Gras. It also includes access to theme rooms throughout the hotel and access to specific rooms for balcony access to Bourbon street and a walk down the parade route.

Swinging and Children Don't Mix With Me, What about You? - Unforgettable experience - we would have never took our kids to a cpls house that we met at a swing club first and for most. if we didnt me cpls because of our kids then the world didnt stop.sounds like poor communiations....the cpl mite not have known the problem sence ole hubby went with her with out a fight. something tell us this was doomed from the start.but you got one thing rite unless you know the folks very very well a family get-to-gether with swingers is a bad idea but thats just our thoughts on this....

Where Should we go? - Have flight vouchers, where is a good swinger spot? - We've been to Hedo in Jamaica, Desire in Cancun, Caliente Caribe (formerly Eden Bay) in the Dominican Republic and the Swingers Cruise - all destinations multiple times.
Our experience says it doesn't matter where you go as much as who you go with. Since there is never a large contingency going from Utah, we always try to book when there is a takeover by a group.
Every time we have been adopted as soon as we got there just as if we had always been part of their group. We also usually go the week of Halloween. It's always a nasty celebration and it's at the very end of hurricane season. We've come close but have never had trouble with the weather yet.
I think Desire in Cancun is the easiest resort to push the rules to the limit. Hedo II in Jamaica would be second. The former Hedo III in Jamaica was a bit more restrictive. Caliente Caribe has recently become lifestyle friendly after Eden Bay was purchased by Caliente Resorts. Before, they were just a nudist resort. The swingers cruises allow nudity on the pool decks but you have to be dressed anywhere else on the boat with the exception of the playroom which is on one of the lower decks. Also, you usually have to remain dressed on the day the boat is port until that evening when the boat sails. Some ports are exceptions when the boat is anchored far enough away and they take you to shore on tenders.
If you like to take pictures of you and your partner on vacation, Desire is the most friendly. Hedo really frowns on pictures even if they are of you or someone in your group with their permission. We have managed however, to accumulate thousands of digital shots from all the resorts combined over the last few years.
We have had a blast at each resort/cruise and will continue to go back. But, we've found that it's all what you make it.
Body Size - - Well my dear, I to have been blessed with " more cushion for the pushin". I did recently go surgical for weight loss but it was strictly for health reasons. Not vanity. I've been a BBW all my life. We signed on to this sight in hopes of finding friends also. With benefits great, if just friends to hang out with, even better. Friends seem to last longer than lovers. Well, after a year of hitting the meet and greets, setting up meets, chatting with a few people, we've come to the conclusion that Most of the active on site swingers are like your popular pretty high school cheerleaders and football team. They have their preferences and cliques. But we have also met a few single men and more recently couples that we have been getting to know and trulyare looking forward to becoming friends with. I don't know how long you've been on here, but we were about ready to give up on finding friends based on personality. So I guess I'll say, be patient, be persistent and when the right people make the choice to get to Know You, you'll find it was worth the wait. YOUR worth the wait, don't ever let anyone make you feel your not
