Orchard Place - Event info - Ryan and Kara are top-notch hosts and the venue is by far the best in Utah for swingers. It's the closest thing we have in Utah to a swingers club -- but it's better because it's clean, comfortable, low-pressure, the music is not loud (so you can actually chat and get to know other couples), and it feels a lot like a low-key meet & greet with a little bit of a charged sexual atmosphere.
The crowd trends towards the younger side (mid-40's and below) but there are a few older folks there.
WAY better than habits.... but we hate loud music and dancing... so... ;)

Well I am in a poly relationship with a married woman. Her husband is not poly and my wife is not poly. The 4 of us are good friends and both my wife and her husband know that the relationship is not platonic, far from it. They do not swing but we met at a swingers social. Many people who are coming into the lifestyle, over the age of 40 and empty nesters have things in their profiles like; "looking for one or two couples for fun both in and out of the bedroom. Would like to find a couple or two to play with on a regular basis..." The implication is that they want a relationship that is closed...i.e., safe, secure and on a regular basis... To me that looks suspiciously like poly relationships. B and I need to find a place in MT but it's much much too unpopulated there, too cold and could get lonely....besides B likes her job/s.. IT is fairly contagious. Enough that the experts recommend changing towels in the bathroom often if someone in the family has HSV 1. So if a couple got married without many kissing partners when they were young and have been married for 25 years the 80% does not apply. The testing reliability is a problem because of cross counts between HSV 1 & 2 or some technical thing I dont feel like quoting right now. But some positives might be negative however a negative is good new from what I have read.
As far as swingers not playing because they have a tingle in their lip. I dont see that stopping many of the folks we have met at some of these parties.
I hear it all the time life is dangerous and you could get in a car crash today.... YEs but we do what we can to prevent things and some of us more than others.
