As an out of towner as well, agree with you about most. Been to the rooster once, never again, repulsive, rooting from the cleanliness of the entire place. Been to the Green Door, the cleanliness you would expect. Common area and viewing area littered with single men, seems to be promoting their store. Not traveled like you, but have Trapeze in Miami area to compare these with, also in Atlanta which I find much more desirable than vegas clubs. The Artisan is a fun place and most times you can get something started if that is what you are looking for. Also find the VIP parties at Paris a great place to find like minded people, while not designated as a swinger club, easy to spot the couples looking for a lost night in vegas if that is what you are looking for.

I have known people that were not in the lifestyle do it with someone that they have known for a while but you would not consider and they do not consider themselves swingers. I Don't Care if You LIKE Me... Let's F**K! (???) - - We are not a "friends first" couple but the attraction has to be there personality-wise too. We totally agree about friendships in the lifestyle. We didn't enter it to make a bunch of new friends but wow, some of our best friends are swingers. What a great, unexpected benefit!
Most of the people we are friends with we have not fucked. For some the personality attraction is there, for others the physical... and we need both. We even have some friends that are physically attractive to us, have personalities that make us very good friends, yet the sexual chemistry just seems awkward for whatever reason.
Another odd observation of ours has been that a less physically attractive person becomes very attractive an fuckable with the right personality, but a very physically attractive person is sexually repulsive to us if they are an asshole.
We have probably slept with less than 10% of our close friends in the swing community. Everyone we did play with did not end up a friend but not because we didn't like them. Sometimes it's just a matter of not having time to build a relationship and friendship not being a pre-requisite for us.
I guess, long story short, for us to fuck you we need to like you, but just because we like you doesn't mean we will end up being friends... if any of that makes sense to anyone but us. lol.

This issue is easily remedied. You can give out your email address. We have two. One for strangers and spam, the other for friends and family. We use one to register for shit and communicate with strangers and potential friends. The other is given the potential friends and strangers. As long as you are not giving out personal information on the false front email, you have not worries. There is no risk.
There is no arguing, you are as safe as your browsing habits. You do stupid shit like post personal shit that you don't want to be know, you can expect to be revealed. There is always a risk of compromising your indentity, when you allow it to be on the internet. So, If you don't want shit known, don't post it.
As for the original subject. It all has to do with anonimity. They paid money for features on this site. One was email to correspond with other swingers on this site. Clicking an icon to open swingular is no different than clicking your Outlook icon. So, I see no issue with it. Do what makes the other person comfortable. If they don't want you to have their email... They don't want you to. People are not going to change because someone has an issue with how they interact. Swinging is a recreational thing. It should never define your relationship. As in anything in life, you have to be fluid, dynamic and open-minded, all while realizing your limits and the limits of your partner. Swinging is not a neccessity. Before we all made it real, it was a fantasy. No one can convince me that fantasies must be a reality or we'll all die. If that were the case, then the only people on earth would be rich or those that care nothing for material things. Healthy swinging is something you can pick-up and lay down. If you need to swing, I think you are in it for the wrong reasons. I think "lifestyle" is a bad word. This is not a lifestyle. It's a sexual choice. We don't live to swing or swing to live. We swing because we are horny and want some strange. There is nothing mysterious about it.
