Another Swingers Show on TV - - did anyone catch this show?....we thought it was a decent representation of some of the issues that arise in the lifestyle.However,we did think it was humorous at times as a few of the couples seemed to be concerned with privacy in not letting family and friends know they are swingers (we dont either) but they are on TV in a swinger show..lol..it will be interesting to see how they progress in upcoming episodes.

How did you meet your mate? - - Met on the old matchmaker.com when they still had a swingers section.
We were both married to other people...the swinging part did not work out for various reasons, but we decided to be friends anyway...we stayed that way for a couple of years. Just friends. Not much later we began to get to know one another much better. We fell in love despite our best intentions to remain true to our mates. We didnt cheat. We didnt lie, or sneak around on them. We just told them the truth. After a short time, we realized that the only real issue in our lives was that we were not together each day. We were making our ex's miserable, so it was time to change our lives to be together.
On July 18, 2001 we moved in together. Together we are stronger than apart. Together we have moved mountains and parted seas. We have been through hell and back for each other, and I know that if I were to go again, she would be there with me all over again.
Our ex's have both moved on, and even dated for a short time. They are both remarried (to different people), and very very happy. We are great friends with both of them, and see them frequently as we have children with them. Once a week we all have dinner together, drink a few beers, and talk about our kids. We are lucky that we can all get over the past and be close friends for our children. They (the kids) will only benefit from our bond as friends.

Giving Up ?? - When do you give up ? - We go on a case by case basis...The biggest determining factor is if they set up and cancel last minute or if they cannot set up. Also a large part is how attracted to them we are...the more atttracted, the more patience...BUT if they stop returning emails, phone calls, etc...We write them off as either fantasy swingers or those who do not know what they want.
Question for those in the lifestyle - What is the answer! - Why would you envolve me in your problem. I am not a part of it. My wife and I were Soft Swingers for about 8yrs before she decided to go the full swap route. She is happy with her decision to do so, and enjoys the fun WE are having now. I would have liked to have got to this point a lot sooner and had often encouraged her to go for it. She told me several times, it would be alright for me to have sex with someone else if I really wanted too. There was no way I would take that chance of messing up the good thing we had. Neither of us had ever cheated on each other. This doesn't make us goody-two-shoes. It did build a trust which makes it posible for us to share the benefits of this lifestyle with confidense in each other, now.
We feel Trust and Honesty are two things that have to exist if you are going to enjoy the swinging as a couple. Sorry to hear about your situation, but we could not solve your problem if we were to play with you, only possibly make it worse. Thats just the way it is for us.

Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - Hello well we was one of the couples that was in the hotel at the crown plaza and i can honestly say these was teenage girls 11yrs old-13yrsold roaming the halls and playing on the elevator past midnight which they should have been in bed the lifestyle was assinged to the 9th floor and 10th floor so if they happen to see anything im not sure what they saw maybe cpls kissing and ladies wearing short skirts.......well it was not bad as it seem and like always the media gotta exploite everything and make it a bigger story trust me it was a very boring party not that much excitement and was only about 75 coulples not over 200 as they said!! from someone who was there and know\'s the fact!!! us.
Daybreak - Is the Daybreak area a hot spot for people in the LS? - There are a good number of swingers in both Herriman and SoJo (Daybreak) but no it's not even close to the picture you paint. Most of the houses in Daybreak are families with younger -teenage kids. There are a few local hotspots but they are all businesses. There are a few high-profile couples down here, but it's nothing like you have heard. LOL. And keep in mind they are couples, single males are generally called in to be a stunt cock/accessory, its not a roaming free-for-all a single male will just walk into.
