Preconceived Ideas - - I Guess in the start of all this, or b4 we actually experienced anything in the lifestyle.....we may have had a preconception that it was all about sex, but have sensed realized that it is more for social gatherings of open minded friends. (not that sexual fun doesnt sometimes come of the open minded gathering......) We have a ton of fun at these gatherings, and now have some lifetime friends that we have a good time with no matter what we are doing. It isnt just about the sex like we first thought, and in the start we were kinda afraid that ppl who were more experienced would be pushy, or that our relationship would be disrespected, BUT that is SO far from how it actually is. There is a lot more respect given to a relationship at one of these gatherings then you can find at any other place on a saturday night, thats for sure! We would much rather hang out with swingers then anyone else....at any given time!!! Way fun people, respectful, and non judgemental.......a crowd that we perfer to hang out with!

However you would have your work cut out for you and I hope you have a good law firm working for you and are able to do it. I know that in some places in the USA there are clubs that are held in a large private residence and that is the only way they can exist in those cities. But police have a tendency to treat the whole thing like it is organized crime. I know that we have members of the community that are cops and ex-cops and they should contact you privately and thus may be of some help or guidance. I do know of one case in Utah where all cars parked by the business were photographed by the cops and folks harassed and thus shut down and another where they simply ran the proprietor of a liberal magazine out of business. What is up with Swingular and Drama? - - OK let me start off by saying this is an IN GENERAL post. Swingular was the first swingers site we joined. We only come around here now pretty much to be amused. The reason for this is that we can't read more than 3 threads on the home page with out encountering MAJOR DRAMA. The people on here (in general) seem to have a favorite past time of arguing with each other and inciting others to join in the mary fun. We repeatedly have come to the conclusion that this is the one aspect of our lives were the sole purpose is FUN and RELAXATION. I don't know about anyone else but arguing and drama and and anything else negative in the LS is just utterly ridiculous and reading the first four post on the thread labeled "porn mail" today just reminded me why we only come here for amusement.
