Polyamory - polyanorous couples. - We have been in a Poly relationship with another couple for 2 years. There have been lots of great times and some rough times we have had to work through. It takes a completely stable marriage for the spouses and tons of open and honest communication from everyone involved. Both marriages are going on 20 yrs+ Every poly situation is different. Some have very strict rules, however we chose not to have rules. We just have mutual respect for one anothers marriages and each individual relationship between the four of us. If it ended today, I would have no regrets what so ever. Our lives have been enriched beyond belief and our marriages are stronger and happier than ever. Sturgis 2014 - The wife and I are wanting to know where the swingers play @ Sturgis - Biker culture often includes a lot of open minded sexual practices, but the sociology of it all is a little different from what most swingers are familiar with. Some of the 1% clubs have very structured guidelines of how it all works & outsiders are not invited. Some of the more hippy-like clubs embrace more of the free love concept. There are many different unique shades between those two different examples. Sturgis is a big wing ding. Lots of people go there. Most of them are pretty open about what they are into & what they are looking for. Just hang out & talk to people. You will figure out who is who quickly enough. Options abound.
Tired of Politics and Religion! - - Let me reiterate what others and myself have said.. I also find it funny that people are "tired of reading about politics and religion", when they have the choice whether to read and/or participate in controversial topics.
What I have noticed, to the contrary of the minority that complain about these subjects, is that there is far more participation (reading and or writing) with controversial subjects from the majority of this site. This includes the very people that complained. Shit, I mean they actually read the title of the thread, clicked on it, read through it and then take the time to post their judgment of everyone else participating, instead of taking that same opportunity to post in a sex thread or start another topic they deem acceptable for the website.
I find a lot less of my friends participate in the forums and on the site all together, when all the forum subjects are sex oriented. Many people, as well as I, find this website to be dry and boring when the only topics in the forum are, "Hey Look at my wife's gaping cooter" or the 10,418, 231, 121st thread about how much some insecure married dude hates single males. This is a sex site and not a single male bashing site right??? HAHA! So instead of going in those threads and bitching and whining like a fucking baby, I create my own... See how that works?
Anyway, It's interesting to see in any social group, that there is always someone that tries to limit the group to the boundaries they think acceptable for the entire group. Why are we trying to put conservative limits on a liberal lifestyle? I think boundaries should only be set in matters of legality, privacy and consent. What's interesting is that there are so many conservative swingers here, that would push their ideas of morality and within the rules of this website, try and stifle others freedom of expression and speech. Perhaps you few should quit the lifestyle and go to church.

Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - Wow! It's adorable to read the comments of those 20 through 40's. We remember those years. There are times that memories of incontrolable thrusts and unconscious passion give pause, but experience... though overstated is under-rated. Though there are some "young'uns" out there that appreciate the gentility of exploring "water flow naturally to seek its level, impulses more often drive than draw." A young, (or young in experience) lady sometimes welcomes a partner who has gotten past the self-serving impulses of youth. As well, a young buck who seeks to find his stride can benefit from being unthreatened by the challenges of unknown expectations and often finds the same growth. The true deciding factor is, "are you into the trip, or just obsessed with reaching a destination you've never been to? A true sensualist finds pleasure in the textures of a rose petal and burlap to be different... but equal.
