Viewers = ratings = being attractive to potential advertisers and being able to charge more per second for advertising = more profit. It has nothing to do about reality. That is why the story was so poorly researched and produced. It was not an attempt at doing a real story but rather to do something all the other channels aren't. The truth is far less interesting then the story they created about how swingers lure unsuspecting faithful Mormon men into a seedy underworld of sex and decption, leaving victims of their poor innocent wife and kids.
I said it before, they went into this having already decided what the story was going to be before they even put film in the camera, all they needed was a few juicy quotes to take out of context to support the story they had already written in a production meeting months ago. This is why posts that would be pro-lifestyle are being moderated off their message board: they do not support the story they are trying to present. Everybody loves a scandal, especially those with nothing better to do then judge others to make themselves feel better about their miserable, lonely, boring little lives.
It has already blown over to the point of not being on the front page of their website.

People ask Joe and I all the time how long we have been married. We say we are on our 11th year (almost 12 together) and they say we act like newlyweds. I'd like to think that our kinky, poly, swinging relationship has something to do with our happiness.
PS She would not have gotten the STD if they had this little thing called "communication" where you tell your partner your needs and they listen then express their own. New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - just curious if there has been any momentum from this feed? It seems there is a following, so where do we go from here? Being a swinger in Utah definitely has it's down falls, one of which being "follow through". We have tried nearly every avenue in finding fwb only to find most just want sexting buddies. If we had a place to physically meet, the way it was once upon a time before technology, there would be a much higher success rate at actually meeting people! I've seen an e-vite somewhere floating around that invites members of swingular to a private area of a public club downtown on Friday nights. Has anyone ever attended this? How was it? I think that would be a good place to start for getting a feel of how many would actually attend something like this if you are serious about opening a venue.
seniors - why is it so difficult to find senior swingers or single ladies? - ON a serious note ...... We are definitely seniors... OH and our pics are pretty recent... with in 2 years.... B is 54 and a body that could be on a 30 yr old and I am in my X0's and I don't think I look my age.. At the clubs that we go to, B is called the Energizer bunny because she dances all night long and is known for danciong on the table and strips to Zip... I n the other hand am not so lucky... but Have very little trouble with the ladies.... I have 2 girl friends on eless than 40 and another in her 40's. I'm not as good as I once was but...... I'm as good once as I ever was ...well not quite...but my dad used to say..." when you get too old to cut the mustard, you're never too old to lick the jar it came in and besides The ladies consider me a real gentleman, I've been told that I "kiss good" and I'm not in a hurry and respect the journey....
