Small Town - Speak Out -
That\'s a shame. I have pictures posted, but they are in my private folder. This way I can (to a degree) manage who has access. My employement is in a field where if the wrong person ever found out I could lose my job. Richmond being a small city like it is; word of mouth and my lifestyle would never be a secret again. I use to have a private webpage meaning it was hidden so you could not find it by chance. I posted the link in a few lifestyle clubs and yes someone at my work did find out. Luckly they were just giving an FYI and warning me that a few other non-swingers knew that worked in my office. The person did not include their name so they also were afraid of fall out. Luckly nothing came of it, but I do consider myself lucky and have been more careful since.

1. Change your password to at least ten characters, including special characters. Currently free software on the internet can crack a 8 character password in 60 minutes. Adding 2 or more characters makes cracking much more difficult.

Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, many in the lifestyle are as judgmental as those outside. I am 15 pounds overweight but to some I am as broad as a battleship. What's more, after 34 years of marriage, 24 of which were in the lifestyle, my wife died. All of a sudden I was persona non grata at the club we attended because single males were not allowed. I had not changed, only my marital status. I have been pilloried and shunned because of being lumped with the FEW young single guys who don't have a clue. Now I have 3 strikes: I'm old, I'm slightly overweight, and single. I've learned these last 9 years that swingers can be just as cruel, predjudiced and uncaring as other people. I have debated whether to write this but I think that those single men who read will benefit. SWINGULAR is an adult dating site, advertised as a swingers hub. Most men who join are well idiots at first. I have received countless questions from other guys about my "luck". Luck has nothing to do with it. The Swingers lifestyle or non monagamous lifestyle isn't new, but many members are. Here are some basic things that will enable you to enjoy the experience.
Single men are not unique. It doesn't matter how hot you think you are or how big your cock is, if you are an ass, just stay at the bar. Single women and couples are who we, assuming heterosexual and even bisexual men, are interested in meeting. Remember guys, asking if the person is down to fuck isn't going to work. I am not the expert, but I have been in the lifestyle for six years and met a number of couples and single women.
My advice is to make friends. Even plutonic friends who invite you to parties and outings will ensure that you meet people who you have chemistry with.
Find a 'sponsor ' so to speak. Word of mouth is more valuable than a testimonial on your profile.
Don't try hiding what you say to the wife from the husband. My rule of thumb is that when I am taking to the wife, I assume everything will be seen by both. Basically if you don't want the husband to see something, don't write it.
This is a short list of things and by no means authoritative, but it has helped me to enjoy the experience.
