So what are we keeping our eyes open for? Do people stamp their foreheads that say swingers on it? Is there a sign saying "swingers this way"? Do people shout every 30mins about the swinger blue light special like the supermarkets? I've been to scorezs many times and never seen obvious signs of swinger groups. I've seen groups that look like they might be swingers, but I'm not going to go up to a group and ask them if they are swingers and if I can join them...

Speed dating swinging style - - So the reason we (KOIGIRL) and I hosted it was we were tired of the meet and greets where everyone had their cliques. Also the parties we went to were not swinger parties. Everyone stood around until someone got drunk and then there was drama. Not all parties are like this, but the one's we went to were. So we decided to hold the party.
First, we held it at my place. Second, we screened those who attended. there were young couples and vet swingers. We limited it to 10 couples invited (8 showed). We did have some drinks and refreshments, but once everyone got there people drew a number 1-4. There were two of each number. Based on the number you paired off with the couple with the same number. A timer was set for 20 minutes. Everyone went someplace quiet and just talked. When the timer went off, one group rotated. So those that had 4 went to 1 and so on. After a little over an hour, we went into the family room and had a few drinks and were talking about doing a second round. However, this didn't happen as truth or dare started. Almost everyone was naked. There was a new couple who was shy but even they opened up. If anyone was uncomfortable, there were other rooms. It was made clear that no unwanted advances would be tolerated. There weren't instances of this. People started breaking off and going into separate rooms for fun. Psychology Research Results - This is a follow up to my earlier post. This is what I found because some showed interest. - I would like to thank everyone who did the research survey for me. I hypothesized that non swingers would view us as more capable of deviant behavior like using drugs and alcohol in large amounts. I was correct. I hypothesized that swingers were more likely to use positive methods to handle relationship conflicts and I was also correct. I also hypothesized that swingers would have high openness to new things and high extroversion. We did find that swingers were more open to new experience but there wasn't enough on the other. Something we found interesting was that non swingers used more aggressive methods to solve relationship conflicts and they had high sexual depression. My teacher is talking about possibly working on this to get it published. I am beyond happy that I can show us in a better and more recent light. Thank you all for your help. 2007 Tribute to the Troops - Post your media here :-) - TR was just trying to make a tribute to our troops, something posistive. Whether ppl agree or disagree with them being there, I am with Don.....THEY ARE THERE either way!!! I do believe that this site isn't the place to be debating that point. In either case, there are fellow swingers on this site that are military couples/ppl so what is so wrong with showing some tribute and thanks to them. Why turn it into a negative battle........Thanks TR for starting a thread and showing some thanks and appreciation for those serving our country. Ignore those that turn it into negativity. I am sure those in the military do appreciate your intent. I did enjoy the links....
Meeting a Monogamous Couple - How many monogamous swingers are there? - I think that \"exclusive\" would be a better discription for what you are asking.
If it turns out that way after considerable time, then so be it. It is indeed a very fine balancing act achieving such a complicated relationship on a strictly platonic level, let alone a sexual one.

Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - we are looking for friends ,,
the friends i have now,,
we can party & set around , talk, joke.
and whatever.and not worry about what is said
or who said it.
To give you an example our friend Glen got him a new girlfriend
she is spanish, now our friends are people of all colors different
religons, there polish italian, irish, african american, etc..etc..
But Glens new girlfriend is new to the crowd. She been dating him for about 4 months.
Now we don't swing with any of these people, the problem we have is this ,in our
group of friends and Glen is in agreement with this , that we all have to watch what we
say now if we say anything that has to do with spanish people, as in joking,cutin' up,
whatever.she will get mad. If you can't sit around and joke and cut up without anyone getting offended then your not friends. We have tried to discuss this with her, to no aveil...
This is what we are looking for, friends that can get along... without all the other
bullshit that goes on in the rest of the world..
