Actually, we haven\'t really used the internet for much at all. Instead we did the old fashioned method of going out to \"normal\" bars and meeting folks that way. It\'s a decent way to meet single women. We just figured trying the internet would be interesting since the folks on a site like this are already of a certain mind. At a normal bar you never know what you are going to meet or what their expectations are (like gals looking for a soul mate or husband or something). Of course, that can be part of the fun too! :D
Maybe there are fewer single gals on the site because they can more easily get what they are after? It seems that meeting them is easier done in person, but meeting couples would be easier here. I don\'t have a problem talking to a single girl about what I\'d like (neither of us do), but asking a couple if they are swingers seems like dangerous territory with some people, who could get really offended.

Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - We were there also at the Interlude event......Let me assure you No child was able to see any adult doing anything of anykind. There was no \"glass Atrium\" there were however glass elevators.. the Party was held in an enclosed invironment with security.. However to get to your rooms you had to take the glass elevators which are in the common area`s of the Crown Plaza......by the way all of the guest for the Interlude party were booked on the ninth and tenth floors ....Now if any child was exposed to anything it was less than anything they have seen on television or any magazine they can see at a grocery store check out line! Now for the mom who was highly offended ,, Her hubby was probably wishing he was with one of those well dressed lovely women!......Damd I cant wait till Disney Has a swingers pride day like they give all the flaming Homosexuals.... Other activities? - Do you only meet swingers for sex? - No it is not just for sex although that is a really fun part of it. Some of the things we have done with couples that we swing with inlude, going out to dinner, go to a movie together, go to a play, go to a concert, go shoot some pool toether, go bowling, invite them up to our cabin for the weekend (yes we have had couples come spend an entire weekend at the cabin and not play even though we had before and since). We like to go hiking together, fix a fun dinner in at our place in town or at the cabin and enjoy. Other things have included some plane old fashioned helping out stuff like working equipment or building something.
Lots of things we like besides fun and frolic in the bedroom, but we like that too.
What is it to being a swinger couple - Is it always this way - From an outsider's perspective, this is one of the most obvious cons to me about being married swingers; you still have to deal w/ the annoyances of dating. Like Harry says in 'When Harry Met Sally', "I got married so I didn't have to date anymore!" You're happy to get laid, but it wasn't only about getting laid; it was about connecting to other people and for whatever reason they didn't want to maintain the connection. I think that's why there are so many small group outings posted about on here; those couples have found they're happiest when they develop a like-minded connection and hope sex will be another activity they partake w/ those to whom they're connected.
Of course, I could be totally wrong and there will be no shortage of married swingers who tell me so along in a few minutes.
