Swinging/Polyamory - I just wanted to hear other people thoughs on this....... - That would be a general definition. However, sometimes the devil is in the details. With that definition, poly couples would be termed in the same group as swingers under the banner of libertine. So would soft swingers, etc, etc. We feel the definitions are kinda important because it causes awkwardness and waste of time if we don't know what we are getting into. For instance, if we talk and you are soft swingers, we now know we won't get anywhere fast because we are not into soft swinging. You, OTOH, will not have the awkward moment where we get together and at the last minute, we do something you don't like. IMO the labels help us filter out what we want from what we don't want.
The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.

Party on the Hill - - Hey all you swingers out there, we are trying to get ideas for adult party games for the party on April 18th,so far plan on the game (Find the Pin ),does anyone know of any ice breaker games that fit in with an adult swing house party? Best way to get started? - - We just take the attitude that if somebody recognizes us, that means they have a paid subscription, because that's the only way they can view any pictures other than the main profile photo. So we keep our faces off that one, but we don't worry about our other public photos. If somebody we know says, "Hey, we saw you on Swingular!", our response would be, "Then you must be swingers, too. Care to meet up?".
Why are there so many swingers from Utah? - - Well I think that all of the bases have been covered. Swingular is run out of Utah, it's conservative, we have built up tenstion, the religion... the fact of the matter is WE (As A Couple) are not sure why Swingular is so populated with Utahns. We aren't sure if we even really care. All we do know is that we're loving this site and we thank GOD that there are so many Utahns, because if there wasn't, we'd be S. O. L. We're a happy couple of newbies here. :D

Regardless of anyone's personal feelings on the matter, Swingular has policies in place regarding pics.
If it states no kids...well then...there should be no kids.
It's kind of a no-brainer folks.
Relative legality and other gobbeltygook is pure nonesense. It's part of the rules of the site we all agree to by signing up.
If you don't like pics of pets...simply browse past them.
If you don't like pics of messy houses or looking at the relative slob-like nature of your fellow swingers...simply browse past them.
It's that simple.
