Orchard Place - Event info -
That's not a bad price by weight.
Are you implying that entrance to a swingers event should be by the pound? Like.. the same way you buy a watermelon? $0.25 a pound, perhaps? "Welcome!!! Step on the scale...... Okay... that'll be $42.20 for the two of you.." Genius!!!!

What is is with local couples? - Anyone else seem to have the problem with couples local to where you live NOT wanting to meet? - Common decency...What is that? Ignoring someone's email seems to be the way to NOT say they are not interested...Seems plain old rude...especially when there is an easy no thanks email already written for you on here... Anyway...If you ever get to FL SWMTCPL...We would not ignore you ;) Also...he thinks there are a lot of "fantasy swingers" on these sites...they are all about the fantasy...BUT when it comes down to it...they are not ready or willing to do anything...Rather than say so, they ignore you...Just HIS opinion

Girls that are into DP - How common is this activity among the swingers? - I'll jump in on this one as well. This is on my bucket list, so I'll volunteer myself as a second for the right couple. Afraid I'm not as humongous as Hard_Stone, though, lol.

Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - Maybe in our wildest fantasy. [em]Emo_4[/em]

'No pressure!' or 'Boundaries respected!' - What does the opposite look like? - "...isn't it a given that one won't assault another person or attempt to do so?" One would hope. Unfortunately the lifestyle has become so adulterated (pun intended) by just about anyone who thinks it's a free, easy way to get NSA sex that you now have a virtual cornucopia of people who don't really "get it". What I guess I'm trying to say is that it seems like it's no longer wife swapping or swinging. It's now "the lifestyle" and apparently includes every manner of sexual libertine imaginable including those who view swingers (and yes I mean mostly females) as wanton sluts who are borderline nymphomaniacs that lack the capacity or will to say (or mean) "No.". It would be very interesting to poll women who have been in the lifestyle for a considerable amount of time, say ten, fifteen or twenty years, and ask them if they're ever had to more or less fight a guy off or worse, or if they've ever entertained unwanted advances so as to not rock the boat or harsh the vibe at a swing party. Sadly I'd be willing to bet the number would be fairly high. [em]Emo_8[/em]

Swinging versus poly/open - -
I'm speculating here, but it seems the millennial generation as a whole is more open to an open/poly relationship, and it naturally is bleeding into Swingular as more and more younger/ish couples sign up. We started out with very strict rules about emotions for others, ect. Now, we find ourselves on a spectrum where we still occasionally love the "wham bam, thank you mam" aspects of swinging (what were their names again...😁?), but after several years of that, we are now far more interested in developing relationships with the people we meet. Sometimes that means we have really good friends with benefits, however neither of us are closed to the possibility of dating the right person. And I don't believe dating others leads to divorce, however not being honest and failing to communicate certainly does. And that applies to swingers and monagamous couples alike.
I really relate to your comments and feel we are very similar. Maybe not to the point of dating others but we definitely want to have feelings for others as a couple and individually. The problem is that most of these open relationships seem to be very secretive which leads to distrust and hurt feelings which leads to more extreme behavior and we just don’t want to get caught in the middle of it. We share and communicate everything, half the fun is turning everyone on which cant happen when it’s all secretive. We just feel more and more pressure to be fully open and people care About our boundaries less and less. Guys start actively messaging and trying to sext my wife without asking me if that’s okay first. Women start getting extra demanding of my attention and then finding out their husbands know very little about what’s going on. Single guys who simply can’t be our friend as a couple and enjoy some occasional bull time with the wife without wanting more. It’s just been really odd for us these past 2 years. We also feel that because the current culture of lifestyle parties is more open relationships, new couples get introduced to it and start thinking that’s the only way. So they either do it that way or leave the scene entirely. Our post is partially to let other newbies know there is another way.

Why are there so many swingers from Utah? - - Yes Florida is great for swingers,we just moved from there and we had a great time there. The swingers there are great people, we are an older couple and the young swingers had no problem with swinging with us.WE moved to Michigan and no one even answers your mail.

Bubulaplease - Confidentiality -
Something that has bothered me a little bit...when we went to Lumpys the doorman asked if we were there for the Sinful event. We says yes and as we were walking down the stairs some people upstairs asked him what was going on and he said it was a swingers party. I mentioned it to a few people that night and it seemed that it was a normal occurrence. We realize that going to the events we may run into someone we know, however, people who don't know about our lifestyle also go to lumpys. I would hate for them to know there was a swingers party going on and then see us leaving or something. My question..is this normal? Is it this way at, say, Sandy Station? Do the group organizers ask for confidentiality?
Unfortunately its naive to think a doorman would actually be told how to respond or give it much thought otherwise. Its unlikely they care unless they know it would jeopardize the business these events bring in. We realize the risk of being found out but we also realize that deniability is just using the right words should you ever fall into the circumstance of being asked if you where there for the swinger event at Lumpys. So our response for someone vanilla that we know would be OMG can you believe we wondered into to that event...wow what a funny mistake(as we laugh both inside and out). Many people would prefer to not put themselves in the situation but its always best just to have a game plan on how to react for judgmental vanillas.

Girls that are into DP - How common is this activity among the swingers? - You don't need 2 guys - just 2 girls and a quality strap-on. ;) And yeah - it's pretty fun.
