I second guessed my self the following day. There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

Disabled Swingers - - Thank you all for the replies. Makes us wish we were in IN, ID, or UT. I do think that allot of it is simply due to where we live. Seems like here in Vegas everyone is looking for either a Porn star (and I don't mean the Ron Jeremy type) or strippers to go to bed with and we just don't match that description :)

Monogamy in marriage - An interesting article on the subject - I think the number one reason that a marriage goes off track is the lack of communication. It could show up in fights over money, one or the other cheating because their needs are not taken care of in the marriage, or just about any of the rocks that so many couples run into along the path of married life. One reason I think that swingers tend to be happier and more secure is because without good, open communication swinging can be a minefield. Most that stay in the lifestyle for any amount of time learn to communicate better with each other than many others that do not have the experience of sharing. This summer we'll have been married 35 years so I guess it works :-)

2007 Tribute to the Troops - Post your media here :-) - TR was just trying to make a tribute to our troops, something posistive. Whether ppl agree or disagree with them being there, I am with Don.....THEY ARE THERE either way!!! I do believe that this site isn't the place to be debating that point. In either case, there are fellow swingers on this site that are military couples/ppl so what is so wrong with showing some tribute and thanks to them. Why turn it into a negative battle........Thanks TR for starting a thread and showing some thanks and appreciation for those serving our country. Ignore those that turn it into negativity. I am sure those in the military do appreciate your intent. I did enjoy the links....
