Hedo is so commercialized nowadays that in our opinion isn't any fun and whoever pointed out that Hedo isn't a lifestyle resort is correct. It is a clothing optional resort that has become popular with lifestylers that is all. I think that the only way to ensure that you will meet other like minded people would only go if you know of a resort takeover or you take some lifestyle buddies with you. Otherwise you will run into people that are just mostly into the nudist thing. The only time that we would even consider Hedo is if there was a lifestyle group doing a take over or at least a partial takeover. There really aren't any resort other than one that I can think of in Mexico that strictly caters to the lifestyle and personally we don't endorse that resort at this time due to a lot of issues they need to rectify. Swingers - a couples only lifestyle? - Are singles considered to be swingers? - well, I think it depends on the person. I've met many a single guy who thought joining a swingers group was an easy way to get laid. And I met one last night who has been a member of swingers groups for 13 years, and has been a swinger with many of his girlfriends, even though he is single now. So is the single guy who wants to get laid a swinger? No. But the single guy who has been a member of swingers groups for 13 years and had previous been a swinger with several girlfriends.....yes I consider him a swinger.

Right. And swinging doesn't end a marriage anymore than cheating or lying or alcohol abuse or drugs, etc; people end marriages. Any relationship is an invention solely created by those people involved and only they have power over its progress forward. Will swinging or discussions about it lead to problems between people in relationships? Potentially. But any attempt by the anonymous lady in the story to blame swinging for anything is an attempt on her part to avoid accountability.
You can't blame the alcohol itself for the drunk.
PS, NJ may have a lower divorce rate b/c it's one of the few states that still grants annulment instead of divorce in certain cases.
Polyamory - Pro's and con's of Polyamory - Question... As a new and exploring member, I find it difficult to understand where the difference is between FWB, Polyamory, and Swingers. It's a fine line, being discreet and wanting to share bad experiences. I think you hit the nail on the head with your 'share with friends' comment.
I have a few couples that I spend time with who 'look out for me'. They know that I see single guys and are pretty frank with me when they have a bad experience. In fact, recently, I got an IM from one of them that started, "in your ongoing quest to find the ultimate single man, AVOID _______ at all costs" It was pretty funny.
I appreciate these people who look out for me...... you know who you are !!!
